The employees at this KFC outlet truly embody the mantra “Slow and steady wins the race.” Every single step of the customer experience, from standing in the queue to placing the order, cooking, and delivering, is executed at a pace that would make a turtle proud. On a busy Saturday evening, one might expect a food chain to employ more staff or even hire additional part-time employees. But the owner here must be a no-nonsense frugal genius, prioritizing efficiency over satisfaction by employing just five employees for the entire outlet.

Prepare yourself for a half-hour wait for a simple order of popcorn chicken and French fries. During this delightful wait, you’ll get to experience the unique combination of exhaustion from the barely functioning AC and the counter employee shouting orders at the top of her lungs to the kitchen instead of using any modern technology.

After what felt like an eternity, our food finally arrived. We climbed the stairs to the first floor, sincerely hoping the popcorn chicken would compensate for all the misery we experienced. Alas, the spices were unevenly spread, and some chicken pieces were undercooked, making a strong case that this outlet is dedicated to ruining weekends. I've seen stores go to great lengths to ensure customers return, but the employees here seem united in their mission to drive customers away, perhaps to enjoy more free time gossiping.

There service was extremely poor because in my case is we had to wait in 4 members queue where I stood their as 4th number now the person who collected order for person before me he got the orders but fo me (4th person alone he his telling me to wait for another 15-20 minutes stating that they received so much order and they wanted to cook chicken for my order now my Concern is if he told me before at the time when I stood before queue means I could made decision to continue with my food in KFC are not thereby I also wasted nearly 5-10 minutes standing in queue . Now what is the Fun Part is they are coming with a fake branding stating that (mentioned in picture above) You can express pickup within 7 minutes of placing the order if the time exceed means the food is free. But what is the fact is they are not keeping their promises and cheating customers because at the time I went itself On Preparation ORDERS which is shown in their display itself it is like 7 to 8 orders + 3 orders from person standing before me in the queue . I don't know how they will deliver the orders received within the...

The place is situated on the main road itself. The parking space is limited. Only couple of cars can be parked in front. But there is ample space for two wheelers. I cannot say that the place is absolutely clean, because the entrance is not attractive. Inside the number of staffs is adequate. You may have to wait in line for about few minutes before placing the order. The restaurant has two floors. The lower floor is for Ordering food and the upper floor is for dining. The wash room is also not very clean, it surely does need some uplifting. But the best part of this restaurant is their food, in most KFC they don't have rice. But here it is mostly available. And I feel that chicken cooked here taste better than all other KFCs. So I travel for about 15 Kms to dine here. Please do give a try here and see the difference.
