Ordered a bday cake with a trust that they say they bake on order basis. To my shock we could see strands of thread coming from the cake and after eating the same my daughter had stomach pain. When I brought the same to their knowledge initially they asked sorry when I asked them to refund my money, she connected with her co-founder who talks beautiful business words and saying that they're running WHEAT BAKES like a NGO and giving a quality food as it is affordabl for everyone to purchase (1/2 kg chocolate truffle is Rs.1499/- ) and requested the sample of the spoiled cake,when I said I have throw, he said it could be a hair either from their shop or from my house which could have accidentally fallen and if sample is there they could made resea.. r it they say it is a false claim. There is no necessity for me to make a false claim to get refund of the money. It is warning for the mothers who wants to give quality food to their kids. BEWARE...
