Me and my mother visited this hotel yesterday and we had lunch in non-AC, as to visit AC, we need to climb stairs, not possible for all..

However, first, before we entered the hotel, there was beggar nuisance at entrance, and due to personal situation, my mother wanted to help and lost 100 RS to the beggar, who pleaded for parcel food, but didn't buy that and kept begging despite fooling my mother🤷‍♀️

It's the duty of hotel staff to ward off such beggar nuisances who cheat their customers, as he was standing directly at entrance, begging for parcel food🤷‍♀️

Next, I was dodged off by a rude waiter who kept his hand behind his back, when I was trying to catch a seat🤷‍♀️ Much to my shock, he didn't even care and no other staff asked him to move off🤷‍♀️

Then, when we had food, I found the waiters behavior very disturbing, as they didn't respect us 2 ladies and didn't even respond when I called out for missing item many times..

However, all waiters came upon and served hot side dishes and kept asking to serve extra food to men customers seated in our opposite side🤷‍♀️

This sort of chauvinistic behavior of waiters at this age is very disturbing and troublesome 🤷‍♀️

Finally, I feel the price of 305 for 2 meals is very exorbitant, given the rude, impolite, chauvinistic service and simple food🤷‍♀️

It was my mother's wish to visit this restaurant, but after visiting, she realized this place is pathetic and very costly for the food and service they rendered.. And we never plan to visit here again..

Plus, we bought idly podi there, which was also costly, but the taste was...

Based on prior good experience, visited again and to my wonder everything has been pathetic & worst in AC hall first floor.

First the staff are so lethargic and not pleasing to serve for customers.

Second ordered food was just oily oily to the core and tasteless including the veg biryani, noodles and gobi gravy creating a vomiting sensation for all.

Third, cockroaches moving around the table or food, but staff claims to be from table. Rotten food and third class, waste of money. By the time I could capture video or pic of the moving cockroach, the staff cleared it as I called them showing to alert the inconveniences.

Lastly, the billing had 4 extra items due to their communication and coordination issue for which they added further inconvenience making wait.

Not sure if this review will be of help to someone, but sincerely request owner to not do further sin knowingly or unknowingly in your life as you will only go to Hell by looting in doing only money making by compromising of quality and services. So please fear from God and do some basic correction by thinking of your future generation as not to suffer with your sins.
