Unicorn Bar — Restaurant in Tamil Nadu

Place seems to have been redone to match a wild west cowboy theme. Place was quite dark and we had use the phone flash to even read the menu! However, the food, drinks and the service was very good. The waiter was sorry that mayonnaise sauce was not available. But they did eventually get it for us after serving our order. Gobi manchurian, Panneer Tikka, Cheese balls all were really yummy. Overall had a very fun time listening to good Tamil songs and even a screening of Spiderman: homecoming with subs. It's a small place, but a great place to hang out with da homies. Worth every penny spent, they are very innovative with the starters.. They gave us a betroot flavoured tandoori chicken , it was super juicy and spiced to the right level with the amazing flavor of the betroot ! The veg brocolli was just okayish as I'm not a fan of the sweet cream flavour....it was cooked with a lot of cream. As for the drinks, it was surprisingly one of the cheapest in chennai, for the ambience they provide , it was just amazing. This will be my new favourite place to goto for drinks...

A pretty unassuming typical local Indian bar - dark lighting, all men, the cricket was on. If you just want to get a drink and not be bothered, it’s fine. Seating was comfortable booth seating and complimentary salad, chickpeas, crisps, and snack stuff was super welcome!
