Soto di Warung Barokah Surabaya Pak Kumis ini sebenarnya cukup oke. Rasanya masih seperti soto pada umumnya dan bumbunya cukup terasa di lidah. Nasinya juga banyak, jadi kalau makan sama soto lumayan bikin kenyang. Di meja makan juga ada kecap asin, kecap manis, dan sambal, jadi kita bisa racik sendiri sotonya kalau mau tambah pedas atau rasa lainnya. Harganya Rp25.000,00 buat standar Ubud ini cukup masuk akal. Isian sotonya nggak ada bihun atau kentang goreng, tapi ada telur setengah dan ayamnya lumayan banyak. Buat yang suka makanan ringan tapi tetap kenyang, ini bisa jadi pilihan. Tapi kalau kamu tipe “mendang-mending”, mungkin nggak terlalu cocok. Oh iya, di menu nggak ada harga, jadi langsung aja tanya ke penjualnya. Overall, ini pengalaman makan soto yang lumayan memuaskan dengan harga ramah di Ubud.

Small warung with great foods!

I used to get fried duck from this place. The duck meat was so tender, rich of flavour, and the size was generous. My friend had it today while I preferred to try their grilled fish (gourame). It was tasty as I expected.

Be careful of the Rip Off Price, once they see you with the foreigner they give the over price for the the food. I sent my local staff to order me food from this warung they give Normal price but once I go by myself with foreigner they give over price for this 2 menu. No wonder they dont put the price on the Menu. So they can playing with price like they want. And the Lady ( owner I guest ) was Unfriendly. I wish they will get Karma from...
