The coffee here is exceptional—easily the best I’ve had in Ubud! The food is also fantastic, offering incredible flavor at a very reasonable price. However, the service could use some improvement.

One issue we encountered was the timing of our orders. The drinks were served at different times; my wife’s drink sat long enough to become watery while she waited for mine to arrive. By the time I received mine, hers was nearly finished. Similarly, our main courses were staggered, with an 10 minute gap between the first and last being served.
