Cazbar — Restaurant in Jakarta

First of all, the atmosphere of the bar is good, it’s like an oldschool bar. But the thing is, food is not the greatest. i ordered classic margarita, beef nachos and apple (something) mojito. Beef nachos and the mojito is a meh, classic margarita taste like water with a lil bit of lime, total is 306k.

And the worst part is, THAT ONE RUDE WAITRESS!!! I understand that they are closing soon, one waitress just told me that they are gonna close in 15 minutes (with a good attitude), which I respect, and i was trying to finish my drinks and food faster. But after 3-5 minutes there comes one rude waitress from upstairs just screaming something like “DIH MASIH RAME AJA DAH, PADA PULANG KENAPA SIH CAPE GUA” (there were only 2 groups left, me and one other group) and she kept talking out loud about how tired she is and hoping that people just leave already. After that, she (the bad waitress) comes to me (not even 15 minutes after the good waitress tells me that they are closing) telling me “KITA MAU TUTUP YA” in a rude tone, and telling the other group the same thing with adding something like “silakan diluar aja ya” and also in a rude tone

I do not usually write a review on Google Maps (or anywhere at all) but this time, I’m just too disappointed. My Saturday night was ruined by this one rude waitress

MOSTLY GOOD EXCEPT SERVICE, ESPECIALLY MANAGERS

Location - It's inside Menarah Anugrah in Mega Kuningan area

Parking - Slightly tight spots, but if you tip the security guard can get bang on nearby.

Ambience - Ok. Live music on top floor, but then it's difficult to talk. We once moved down again. On lobby level, music turns up after 9pm, don't know why they need such high decibels when people come here to talk too and not just for music. Can be a bit lower

Food Menu and Taste - Good range for a bar. Don't expect to have fancy dinner menu. Pizza, fries, Wings , etc The food taste is good although Pizza is like always 30 mins

Service - Now, this is where it's absolutely pathetic. I hv been here 6 times in past 3 months and this doesn't inprove.

Last time I was here on Friday 16 and the manager in black dress who gave us the bill is full of ego. Rudely handing over bill, no smile, no thank you. ... Wow!! Racist i guess

Got Pizza but no plates for 3 ppl , no sauces , pepper, tobasco.

They keep tables reserved but people don't turn up Time reserved till 10pm, no one turned up then I insisted to give us that table 1 person booked table of 4. He went out for an hour and table was empty. Whole time just sitting alone.

This keeps happening every time.

Price - Typical Jakarta bar. Expect to spend 300K pp

WILL THINK TWICE BEFORE GOING AND...

There is something to admire in this bar's unwavering reluctance to offer good domestic microbrew such as Kura-kura or Black Sands. They continue to dole out the horse urine like varieties such as Bintang and Heineken. Their signature cocktail the "brianfreeze" contains this nasty beer, along with a variety of other cheap alchohol. It is a hangover waiting to happen, and a drink I would not wish on my worst enemy.

If you come here I recommend doing like most customers here do. Order one lousy bintang and then chain smoke packs of Marlboros all night. The smokiness of the inside of the pub makes the smokestack of a Bekasi factory look like a light...
