This restaurant is very nice to comfortably dine alone, with friends & family, or a couple. It's suitable for business lunch or leisurely dinner. You can enjoy a delicious meal off their homeland island specialties menu. It's a great place to impress. Their house tea was refreshing. I started with a Konro as appetizer bursting full flavor broth. A side of hot red rice included. Fresh snapper simmered in the chef's no.1 recommended famous sauce. We came here on weekends to break fasting and we did hope there won't be too crowded, and it did so I guess we picked the right time. Allright, first thing first they sell typical Makassar food such as Coto, konro, pallubasa, to es pallu butung. That day we ordered parappe grilled fish, sweet sour crab, shrimp mayo, pakcoy with mushroom, and two drinks along with es pallu butung. Taste wise were all were smooth, on point and and nice except the crab was a teeny bit dry, we especially loved the parappe fish. I'm gonna have to tell you all of this was quite pricey, but at least I enjoyed the experience. Thanks for having us, will do come back...

Overall I was very impressed with this restaurant, very traditional style Sulawesi food. We ate the groupa fish with spicy and sour soup, was nice and spicy if your a chilli lover. Also, had some grilled squid with this sweet sauce, it was cooked well and tasty. The vegetables were amazing, especially the kan kung, and the pak choi was nice as well. The highlight for me was the dessert called an Es Palubutung, it is an ice dessert with banana wrapped in a green glutinous layer sprinkled with coconut...
