I recently visited this restaurant, and it was a wonderful experience. The restaurant was clean, cozy, and welcoming. They gave us a welcome drink (detox drink).
The menu had vegetarian and non-vegetarian options. The staff were friendly and attentive. They served our food quickly and checked to see if everything was okay during our meal. They also had a photographer who helped us take photos. Prices were fair for the quality and portion sizes. Also, everything they use to cook is very fresh, whether it's meat, masala, vegetables, or anything else.
If you are new to this restaurant, I recommend you try the "ROYAL THALI" or other types of thali from their menu, where you can taste all types of dishes. It feels like having a buffet.
I want to say a special thing about this restaurant: the chef here is brilliant. She met Prime Minister Narendra Modi in Bali in 2018 (maybe he came for some summit work), and she cooked dishes for him along with other chefs. The chef is also very friendly and attentive. She is really great at making biryani, but the other dishes are fabulous too.
Whenever I visit this restaurant on weekends, I don't see many people (maybe at other times it's full, I don't know). When I see fewer people, I feel this restaurant is underrated compared to other restaurants in Jakarta, such as Ganesha Ek Sanskriti BRI. You might wonder why I mentioned this restaurantāit's because I saw many similarities between the two. Both restaurants offer buffets every weekend (especially on Sundays) and provide many unique varieties of food. However, at Ganesha, they have the same food every weekend, but here they change it so we can try new types of Indian dishes. Another difference is that in their buffet, you don't need to serve yourself; just tell the staff, and they will bring it to you. Also, I noticed that in some restaurants, including Ganesha Ek Sanskriti BRI, they add soda to some buffet dishes so you feel full quickly. Here, they don't add soda or anything else that makes you feel artificially full. The buffet here is cheaper than Ganesha Ek Sanskriti.
The dessert here is simply the best. I'm sure you haven't tasted desserts like this anywhere else in Jakarta. You can also eat outdoors, enjoying the tall buildings, the great view, and feeling the breeze, which is a unique and nature-friendly experience.

Overall, I highly recommend Kulture Resto & Club for anyone looking for tasty food in a comfortable setting. I will definitely visit again!

Ā Ā Ā Read moreVisited the place at 29th of December 2024 during lunch buffet, with my wife as she is excited to have an Indian style lunch.
The theme was Spice up your Sunday with North Indian Brunch Bash.
We started with a complimentary drinks, that has a hint of tangy and a citrus flavor drink, it has it own charm and a fresh sensation on our tastebuds.
Next whilst waiting for the order of food to arrive, we are served with hand made chips paired with marmalade spiced infused from India, which was a new experience to me and my wife.
The brunch was made from scratch so we have to wait for a moment, but with the drinks and chips, time flew fast.
As the food had finally arrived, we are introduced with a variety of Indian dishes some also mixed with other culture as well.
We started with the Tandoor, an Amritsari Fish, Chiken Tikka that goes well with the rice, Paneer Tikka that my wife enjoyed. Also, the pani poori with a mix of condiments that the waiter mas Rangga has explained with great details.
The mains also have a variety, chicken kadhaai, and the mutton curry is my favorite with Jeera Saffron Rice as the chicken pair, and a handmade roti for the mutton. Importantly the roti was amazing gotta order that. Theres also vegetable curry and some other Indian cuisine albeit I forgot the names haha
As I love spicy food, theres also a pickled chili which were Excellent, even want to order it for take out, sadly it was out of stock, well no surprises there haha. However, for the brunch it is available so i order the pickled chili lots of time.
On to the dessert, I forgot the name but it has a hint of rose on the cake, as I donāt have a liking of roses scented cake, Im not fond of it, but my wife seems to love the cake.
Finally, as my wife wanted to try a menu outside of the brunch, we also order a gulab jamun for an additional. It was very sweet for my tastebuds, although it was albeit nice as well.
Finally at the end of our session, we met with chef Geetika herself and she and the crew were welcoming and hospitable.
My experience was awesome, and will be back to enjoy more of Indian cuisine from Chef Geetika also to experience other dishes provided there.
Surprisingly the dishes itself is not that spice heavy, and I enjoyed most of my time there, the dishes was savory and made me salivate as well while reviewing it here also hahahah
One more thing, Im not fond of Okra, but there I ate it with an open mouth, it was good with a hint of spice.
The portions is enough for both of us, it was...
