HA-KA Resto — Restaurant in Jakarta

Our expectation was getting higher due to our good experience in last year’s iftar. Thats why we decided to visit again this time, with the hope of being able to enjoy the food and the atmosphere here. But we were so dissapointed the first step we enter the restaurant. The rooms is freakin hot, the AC cant covered the whole room. The food is awful, totally different with last year which is the only reason why we came again this year. Tasteless. The staff and management were’nt well prepared for the load of visitors even though they should have known because we all made reservations. Out of food just 1hour after iftar. Some of food getting no refill. No baby chair eventho we alrd mentioned in our reservation and told the staff multiple time at the resto but we got nothing. Not even a staff come to our table and say sorry abt their mistake. This year we come again because of my good experience last year, but surely we wont come...

Stayed in Citadines Rasuna for a week and extended twice ended up staying for a whole one month. The restaurant was one of the strong factors of letting me stay here longer.

Food has good variety enough for you to find at least one favorite and changes everyday in a cycle of 2-3 days come back to the same so menu pattern is little enough (^_^) to see your favorite in a few days.

Since multi-national customers visiting here, food taste is rather mild and suitable for everyone including kids.

The guys working here are so polite and speak good English, the ladies are so cute and their smile gives me energy to work :) Pleasant eating experience...

One star for staff and another one for ambience. the food not up to my standard expectation, because its tasteless and now worth the price, sad...

Updated with my visit 30/1/2023: Now the taste, menu improved, another star for food variety and another one for the food presentation and drinks, I can give 3 stars... they could still have more room to improve the taste... i can suggest lidah cabe ijo and pizza, n drinks.. yesterday i try salmon n its not satisfy me.. 😅😅 But thanks for imoroved and pls do more in...
