A gem potentially hidden… casual diner located up high in such a fancy office building!

The food, as many others have said, is great. But the service is highly commendable too. The waiter is vigilant in advising us about the ‘contents’ in each selection. But it’s also great and thoughtful when the waiter provided us with extra bowl to share a single order of soup for the two of us, even without us asking.

Oh, and we paid for our order without breaking the bank (much). Highly contrasting with the fancy building we’re in, especially right at the center of CBD Jakarta.

As far as I know there isn’t yet a good Japanese-style gyoza specialty diner in Jakarta, and this is as good as one. And you know it’s a good choice for that kind of style when there are Japanese expats enjoying themselves here late...

A Japanese friend took me to this dumpling establishment. When I ate here, I think 80% of the visitors were Japanese, which is to say that in therms of dumpling restaurants, it is a testament to the quality.

None of the food were disappointing. A top tip is to go here with a crowd so you can pick a few items off the menu to share, because the choice is extensive. Some must haves: Scissor-cut Dandanmian Crispy Pork Knuckles Xiaolongbao Pan Fried...
