Sorry, I have to give only 1 star. They play the music SUPER SUPER LOUD in the noon. The music is not suitable for coffeshop, and obviously they don't value the customer. I"m also go a phone call at that time, when I said the music is SUPER LOUD, they only reduce a little. The staff need to learn how to select suitable music for Coffeeshop. Coffeeshop...

Hari ini, Selasa 12 Desember jam 1 siang, saya bersama teman-teman saya yang lain pesan kopi namun sangat lama dibuatkannya. Saya awalnya memaklumkan hal ini karena memang mungkin sedang overload pesanan karena promo, namun waktu menunggunya sangat tidak wajar. Yang lebih menjadi perhatian saya, di waktu yang sama ada customer non-Indonesia yang tidak bisa bahasa Indonesia, orang tersebut complain karena tidak dipanggil saat pesanannya sudah selesai dibuat. Setelah mengambil pesanannya, orang tersebut keluar namun kembali lagi ke dalam outlet untuk complain karena tidak diberikan tissue karena dia memesan toast. Saya ingat betul, pria yang menjadi COFFEE ADVISOR membual: "Mati aja lu.." setelah orang tersebut meninggalkan outlet. Hal ini krusial karena itu kan basic service, memanggil nama setelah pesanan selesai dibuat dan memberikan tissue jikalau memesan makanan.. Lalu saya harap CREW YANG BERTUGAS DI SELASA, 12 DESEMBER 2023 SEKITAR PUKUL 1 SIANG, harap diberikan peringatan, dan di ajarkan BASIC...
