Dining with an amazing experience
Ambience The concept of this steakhouse is very well thought. Imagine you're dining in a gold mine inspired by Indiana Jones. You will enter this intricately designed tunnel that lead you to the golden lighted main chamber. The dining area is spacious, the bar is beautiful, they have this open kitchen where you can see the food preparation. But do not worry, the exhaust system is working properly so you won't smell like Smoke while you are dining in. They also have this meat room where you can see how they prepare the meat, and dry age meat storage room. They also have private rooms and smoking room where you can also dine in. The temperature here is nice, I am comfortable here.
Location The location is very well situated in the heart of SCBD. Paid parking space is available.
Service Service is excellent. You will be greeted from the front door, escorted to your table and the waiters are very well equipped with the knowledge of their products. Very helpful and friendly. They will make sure your convenience.
Food
Appetizers The Bone Marrow & Beef Ragout is very nice. Served to you by the waiter, they will scoop the bone marrow and beef ragout from the bone on the top of toasted baguette and some vegetables. The texture is amazing, soft creamy bone marrow, minced beef and crispy baguette and the vegetables. Taste wise is so balanced. Such a treat for the palate.
Charred Garlic Prawn is wonderfully scrumptious. The Tiger Prawn is fresh and cooked perfectly. And the carrot is sweet, a nice compliment to the Prawn.
Main Course The Hanging Tomahawk Godfather is a wonderful experience. They will serve the meat literally hanging to you table. And carve it carefully while explaining about it to you. The meat is impeccable! It's tender, juicy and I can taste the smokeyness of the Rambutan wood used to smoke the meat in this Steakhouse. The wood added sweet aroma to the meat.
Dessert Moellux Au Chocolat Valhorna Manjart, yes it is hard to pronounce but the taste is heaven. When you cut the cake, melting warm chocolate come out from it, mixed with Berries compote and soft vanilla ice cream. It is perfection.
Drinks / Mocktail Better Than Watermelon, is a mixture of watermelon fruit, lemon juice and soda water. It is refreshing after you eat some nice steak

As first timer visit this resto, I was surprised when entered the resto like enter to the different world 😅, it's like entered to the cave and tunnel with unique wall textures and uneven floors (mind your steps!!). This is NOT accessible for ♿ wheelchair user. According to the staff concept of this resto is "gold mining" the gold is refer to the "meat" as the treasure, it's very good marketing concept! I believe if I enter by myself, I can get lost 😁, but don't worry the staff will greet in the front desk and escort you to the dining area. Not only that, in the corner you will greet with another (static) staff - a local artisan cow 🐮 statue 😀. Finally when you arrived in the dining area you will find spacious dining area with bar. Lot of instagramable spots 📷
Food: Appetizer: bread and salad, bone marrow and beef ragout is super delicious served by the waiters put in the baguette. Charred garlic prawn - juicy prawn served with veggies, sauteed mushroom (3 types of mushrooms) , super creamy mashed potatoes Main course: best option is the hanging Tomahawk!! The best cut from best farmer in Australia - 4 times winner of world wide beef! With the special dry age process with rambutan woods upto 3 months and with special salt too! They will serve the meat literally hanging to you table while explaining about this menu with little bit attraction (pinched the salt) 😁 The meat is tender, juicy NO need sauce etc!
Dessert: chocolate mouse choco lava cake is delicious; burnt triple cheese cake 🍰 also yummy
