Newly opened boba place in Pacific Place. The first day the line was super long that you can only get your drink the next day.

Finally had the chance to order today (since the line is more humane) and i'd say the taste is unlike the conventional bobas in the market. I ordered the Brown Sugar Milk Tea with Lychee Popping Bobba. The milk tea itself is only a tad sweet with a balancing savory-ness in it. I think it'll be perfect for people who don't really like sweet and heavy after taste, as this one doesn't fill you up like the other bobbas in town.

For me, the only real sweetness came from the Lychee bobba which pops nicely in your mouth.

I think it speaks volumes when a foreigner arrives before 9am at a nearly empty Coffee Bean branch/outlet and is ignored by the staff for 10-15 minutes. I would normally not say anything on Google Reviews, but this is now the 3rd time this has happened; on all 3 occasions I arrived in the morning and the place has been nearly empty. I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt but yeah, I get the message that Coffee Bean staff at Pacific Place just don’t like bule (given that the I do guests all had deinks at the tables), which is not surprising giving the cold to lukewarm treatment I have been getting most times. No comparison to Malaysia or Singapore outlets, which are superior in all respects! Coffee, food, friendly staff. CB Indo staff seemingly can’t be bothered....

The MOST FAIL AND NO WORTH RESTAURANT IN PACIFIC PLACE MALL! On 13th of Dec '18 came here to have a meeting. Sat for 20 minutes and no one came to bring the menu. So I got to them and ask about menu. The menu is EXPENSIVE, not WORTH AT ALL. Order a fetuccine carbonara, and its 150% overcook with sauce almost like mayo. So we called the waiter and said that the food is really bad. She said, "usually like that". The waiter is very AROGANT, very unfriendly. She ask if we are okay by changing the menu with new one, we said no. We want another menu. I bet her, call your chef and I want to see him/her eat this food in front of me. One menu is average almost 100K Rp. Better you go to another place. Interior is old, dark, an smelly.
