Tanamera Coffee Pacific Place — Restaurant in Jakarta

Tried again, June 28th 2022. Still left the door open. When I asked the employees to please make an effort to close the door when they see it open, guess what their answer is. "sorry sir we cannot because if it is closed it makes our job difficult when we have to bring the food outside". Great, so rather them doing their job of providing service to the customers they would rather allow the customers who choose to stay inside with the AC and away from the cigarette smoke to suffer from the cigarette smoke from the outside. All for the sake of the employees not having to open and close the door when delivering food outside. The service here hasn't changed one bit. I left and didn't even eat or drink what I ordered and paid for.

If you want to sit and relax inside with the AC on, without being bothered by the smoke outside or without getting bitten by mosquitos coming in through the open door, be ready to get up and close the door EVERY TIME the employees goes in and out. Today while I was having a business meeting, (December 9th,between 7pm and 9 pm) one of the employee who is a short girl with glasses, deliberately don't close the doors behind her. As a matter of fact, on my way out, she deliberately opened the door widely. Not worth it for pretty good coffee. I'd rather have average or even bad coffee with air conditioning (without the hot air coming in from the door being left open) and no smoke, this...

For all coffee hunters, Tanamera coffee is the one of the coffee shop that you can find in SCBD area, specifically inside the Pacific Place mall. Tanamera coffee can be found at the Lobby One Level B1, so you do not need to go inside the Pacific Place Mall.

I went there on weekday at noon and at night, at noon this place a bit crowded both for inside and outside area, especially from the lunch time to 3pm. A lot of people go there to enjoy their coffee. And at night also crowded as well. As a coffee roaster, Tanamera coffee also sell some kind of coffee beans if you want to brew it by yourself. They sell sweet bites for food and if you can not drink coffee, you can buy other menu without coffee.

If you are looking for a coffee, i suggest you to try their manual brew and their cold brew. For the manual brew last time i tried their Rasuna Natural beans with fruity hint taste. This place is really cozy if you want to work there, have a meeting, hangout with friends, or just want to enjoy the coffee alone. For the outside area also can do smoking there. This esblishment is very serious about their coffees. This is the place to meet and hangout for coffee lovers. They offer teas too btw. Nice ambiance but a little too dark inside the store as a result we had mosquitos accompanying us, and of course they had a meal too. Lso the staff should be more careful moving heavy equipment inside the store as they make so much noice as it can be annoying.
