The RR Chocolate - Sudirman — Restaurant in Jakarta

One of local chocolate artisan in Jakarta, they claim to produce the chocolate from the bean, with some local bean and import chocolate bean. We try their dragee wall ball choco that we can pick it by ourselves until the jar was full with price 150k per jar. the taste was so good, we really like the choco ball with inside the biscuit, almond greentea, the small ball and the green peas. the shop is consider small and located in front of hotel building, they are not only sell the chocolate , they serve some main dish western food. will try their main dish in another visit next. Service: 5/5 - some are super friendly and attentive but some are not.. just don’t bother to interact with the ones who “judge a book by the cover” type of staff… met the manager once because I was searching for something I lost here, super helpful and was fine to be bothered by me 😁

Food: 4/5 - the savory ones are not that special, the sweets especially their cakes are too sweet for my liking, would recommend the opera cake for a balanced and not too sugary cake. But their dark chocolate drink and milk chocolate drink are top tier… must try

Ambience: 5/5 - very clean and really love their interior but the air conditioning is very cold.

We came here for food and cocktails - and so did not try the chocolate. The food was so, so nothing wrong with it, but nothing to come back for. It was however, reasonably priced at about 85,00 IDR for a laksa or noodles. We tried the special chocolate raspberry martini, it tasted great, but was very disappointing as the glass was only half full. I thought that maybe that's because it was the special, and so ordered a different cocktail for my second, but again, the glass was only half full.
