Avoid. Went for ladies night & was told drinks were free for ladies until 9 which I thought was amazing. Had a great experience will all the other staff but one guy (I think his name was Risky - not sure the spelling) ruined our time. He was arguing with both me and one of his coworkers (a lovely helpful lady that was so kind) about me not having brought my empty glass up when ordering a new drink - this was my 3rd and had no issues reordering the time before this. It didn’t make much sense because if ladies drink for free it was shouldn’t matter that I forgot to bring up my glass? I had 2 drinks at this stage and he had already taken 1 of my glasses off the table which was the glass I wanted refilled for my last drink (a martini glass) so when he started asking me about it at the bar (aggressively) I was very confused because I no longer had the glass of the cocktail I was ordering and also was unaware I even needed to bring it up with me before this. Very strange situation and he was way over the top. It's supposed to be “free drinks” for women and I was getting my last drink (which was only my 3rd - not as if I had 10) and the fuss he made over something so silly was So unprofessional and petty. Pizza Palace truly lives up to its name! The pizzas were simply amazing—perfectly crispy crust with a delicious balance of toppings. Each bite was a delight, and it’s clear that they know how to make a great pizza. The cocktails were also good, though not as standout as the food, which is why I’m giving them 4 stars. Still, they complemented the meal nicely.

The atmosphere was quite interesting—good, but not what you might call fancy. Some guests were sitting on benches, which I assume is part of the casual style they’re going for. It definitely adds a laid-back vibe to the place, though it might not be for everyone if you're expecting a more traditional restaurant setting.

The service was prompt, and the staff were friendly and accommodating. They ensured our orders were taken care of quickly, and the pizzas arrived hot and fresh. This place has really something that I have never experienced before. The food and the setting and the staff in the restaurant is just perfect. The pizzas there are the best I have eaten in Bali and all the disco balls on the ceiling and the staff was just so nice. But this is not what I meant with the unexperienced feeling. Our account was accidentally charged twice. Sadly, we already left towards home before we could stop by at the place. When I texted them, they immediately responded to text them the details. I even got 2 different texts from the manager and someone else to tell me they were sorry, although it wasnt even their fault. They wanted to make sure we would get our money back and it seemed like they wanted it even more than I did. This is genuinely the best and fastest service I have ever had and I think it is really extraordinary when it is done over a distance of 12000 km. This place is a 11/10.
