The food court in Beachwalk offers a wide variety of food options, but unfortunately, most of them aren't great in terms of taste.
The rawon sapi was too salty, and there wasn't much meat in it.
The bakmi kepiting looked good, but it lacked flavor and was too expensive for just one tiny slice.
The ketan durian was okay, but not particularly good.
The Tempe mendoan was soggy, and the pempek wasn't good either - it was plain and expensive, with no real taste of fish.
The tahu gejrot was alright, but not particularly impressive.
The fried rice seafood was okay and tolerable..
The only thing that was good was the herbal Aloe Vera mojito drink - it was refreshing and tasty. .

The atmosphere was a hard one to control as it was open air and can get quite hot up there on some days.
I unashamedly ate all of these in one sitting.
Will definitely be back next...
Read moreThe food court on the top floor of Beach walk shopping mall Kuta Bali is a hidden gem. Do not waste your time getting stuck in traffic just to eat at a restaurant because this place offers a wide variety of decent Indonesian dishes from different regions, all in one spot. The food is affordable, tasty, and the area is very clean.
Their bebek (duck) is just as good as the one from Bebek Tepi Sawah on the same floor but at a lower price. Make sure to try their nasi rawon and soto Betawi as both are rich, flavourful, and authentic. Also, do not miss their fried bananas, which are the perfect sweet finish.
You can skip the overrated and rather bland Bakmie Kepiting Robert. Check out the photos I have uploaded for more details...
