My Wife and myself are great lovers of Indian food. We looked for reviews Punjabi Grill looked good. We arrived there were many staff on the inside and out. We walked in, not one person showed us attention. We showed ourselves to our seats. Waited & Waited no one came to ask for anything. The staff were laughing and talking. I Raised my voice as they were so loud to us if we could order a drink one person came and we ordered and looked at the menu. What stood out to me was my Favorite Indian Food Mutton. I was amazed they had about 8-10 different Types Of Mutton my assumption was this must be the Signature dish of Punjabi Grill Kuta My wife and I know that Mutton to fall apart in your mouth must cooked long and slow. This was obviously cooked fast and out it came to us. It was so tough. How many did I eat two pieces My wife 1, there were only 5 pieces in the bowl Before going to pay for the Bill, I saw what looked like to be the Manager, well dressed and had paperwork which looked like food docs I went and approached him and told him of my disappointment with the Mutton. On the defense he said I too am a guest and said the owner was out at the front, go and ask him. I went thinking he was telling the truth to the front looking. I asked one of the staff who said he was here some time back but was not here tonight. This person who I believe was the manager had lied to me. Not only was the food the worst ever, the service did not exist. Punjabi Grill does not deserve 1 star I don’t know how that are awarded the stars they have. Don’t make the mistake we maid .

Read moreDuring my recent trip to Bali, Indonesia, I was pleasantly surprised to find an authentic Indian restaurant called Punjabi Grill located in the heart of Kuta. Being far from home, it was a treat to enjoy proper Indian food, and I must say, they did not disappoint.
The restaurant has a clean and welcoming vibe with both indoor and outdoor seating. The staff were friendly, attentive, and made sure we were comfortable throughout our visit.
I ordered some classic dishes including Paneer Tikka and Garlic Naan along with a refreshing Mango Lassi. The food was fresh, full of flavour, and had the authentic Indian touch. The butter chicken was rich and creamy, the naan was soft and fluffy, and the paneer tikka was cooked perfectly with a nice smoky flavour.
The best part is that they maintain the true Indian taste, which is hard to find in tourist spots like Bali. Prices were reasonable considering the quality and portion sizes, especially for an international location.
If you are an Indian food lover or just craving something different while in Bali, I highly recommend checking out Punjabi Grill in Kuta. Great food, great service, and a perfect reminder of home, right in the middle of paradise. Special thanks to...
Read moreNever dine at Restaurant where owner doesn't care about the food and doesn't even understand customers requirement or answer the same.. Ridiculously disrespectful place..We ordered Dalkhichdi which was perfectly made but den we ordered Roti and Kadai Paneer, it was served and Kadai paneer was spicy and no other taste we requested to make it better we were made to sit for 20mins and never got served again until we asked if food was coming.. And we were left without Dinner..Owner being their didn't care to understand the problem or talk ot out..Avoid at all costs..Hotel Ganesha is another option in the same area go for it.His reply to my post sets the tone and my point of Being disrespectful proves it. And he being an owner thinks that after having this sour experience one would return to eat, but writing about the banning proves his egoistic attitude. We did order Kadai Paneer and the taste was not at par it was full of aromatic spices and the Curry wasn't properly made that's it..
And please you had CCTV there please do post my behavior over public platform and prove your point right..We didn't say anything intact we told it wasn't the waitress fault, it...
