☺️My Memorable 3 Days, 2 Nights at Hard Rock Hotel Bali☺️

Hard Rock never disappoints, and this trip was no exception. From the moment we arrived, it was clear that the Hard Rock Bali team is committed to providing top-notch experiences. Every detail, from the entertainment to the thoughtful service, was well beyond expectations.

☺️Centerstage Magic🥰 The Centerstage area truly stole the show. The live band, combined with the concert-like stage and incredible sound quality, created an unforgettable experience. It’s not just a bar; it’s an immersive event. What stood out was the attentiveness of the staff—when the waitress kindly reminded guests not to smoke due to children being present, it reflected the family-friendly environment and care they have for all visitors.

☺️Pristine Pools and Diligent Staff🥰 The attention to cleanliness at the pool was impeccable. The supervisor was always on alert, ensuring every corner was spotless. There was even someone swimming with a float to scoop up dried leaves and insects, while another staff member used a net to catch debris. Their efforts didn’t go unnoticed and made swimming a truly pleasant experience.

☺️Breakfast with Care🥰 The breakfast spread was fantastic. Each morning featured three different sambals—a small touch that made a big impact for sambal lovers like me. No sambal, no life! I savored every bite. Even behind the scenes, the service was thoughtful. I noticed a waiter covering cleared plates with a cloth to ensure guests weren’t exposed to the sight of leftover food—a detail that speaks volumes about the standards they uphold.

☺️Friendly Faces and Unforgettable Service🥰 Every staff member we interacted with was friendly, accommodating, and highly professional. Special shoutouts go to Rambo, who greeted us warmly and took the time to show us around, and Ketut, who delivered an excellent massage with unmatched professionalism. Their dedication and cheerful attitudes made us feel genuinely welcome throughout our stay.

☺️A Room That Felt Like Home🥰 Our room was so comfortable that it became a haven. After a long day out—or even when plans were rained out—it was a joy to return and relax. Sometimes, it felt too cozy to even step outside again.

☺️Rain Didn’t Dampen the Experience🥰 The only downside of the trip was the rainy season, which caused some of our plans to be canceled. However, the comfort, entertainment, and service at Hard Rock more than made up for it.

We had a memorable holiday once again in Hard rock hotel Bali. From our first visit in2023 and this trip in 2025 the hotel had done some renovation and I found it better, glad to see that they have maintained the premises well in order to service the guests better, convincing us to return to Hard rock Bali or even have a visit to their other outlet too!

The room is very clean, spacious, beds blankets towels are clean. Air ventilation is good overall we have had a good rest though out our stays.

The service is great, staff are friendly, helpful, and polite.

The breakfast is still wonderful as in variety , quality, preparation and sufficiency.

The hotel location is great for shopping at night market, beachwalk shopping centre, bars and restaurants surrounding. Walkable distance to Beach just crossing the road but it might not be so delightful due to the crowds, so not a kind of peaceful beach and as clear, clean as some other beaches.

The hotel restaurant's food was delicious too we had pizza, steak, burgers, fresh coconut, and appetizer dishes, we were satisfied!

We had a photo shoot from the professional photographer from the Paparazzi team! The photographer is very patient, kind and very good at advising the poses, made my children fun and relaxed to cooperate with the shooting.

We had a very comfortable & relaxing spa time at Rock spa! The therapists are very good at their job, massaging thoroughly with firm and consistent pressures. Before and after the massage they serve lemon ginger hot tea.

Children have visited the game room. There are few computers and arcade machines and a pool table to play with parents'supervision. There is a small playground too.

The hotel is surrounded with greenery. You can take a nice photo in the gardens.

The most enjoyable part of this hotel is the swimming pools. I heard that the hard rock hotel has the biggest swimming pool in Bali! And there are cabanas for renting with some picnic baskets packages 🧺 for you to select. Staff gave free popsicles for children who were playing at pools in the afternoon too.

We stayed here for 3 nights while on a trip round Bali and like every other Hard Rock Hotel no expense is spared. The rooms were incredibly clean and comfy, the staff were helpful and attentive and the whole vibe of the hotel was amazing. However, as much as I want to I can't give this 5 stars due to a few issues:

This hotel has absolutely no Adult only areas and it is very clear that kids rule in this hotel. At night occasionally we could hear kids screaming and running down the corridors even though there are signs saying please be quiet and round the main pool even though there is a kids splash pool there is no adults only section. On the map there is a "chill out pool" but it turns out this is locked behind Rock Royalty. I think this is a shame as this area of the hotel would make a perfect adults only area. At breakfast there are kids running everywhere, you can't catch a break. I think this is fine but as someone who has stayed in other hard rocks where there are Adult only areas I really think Hard Rock Bali should also look into adding this

We went for a massage at the Rock Spa and it wasn't great. We thought as it is a branded hotel the massage would be to a reasonable standard however it wasn't. This hotel charges top dollar for a massage yet doesn't deliver. We had a far better experience at an independent spa in Ubud earlier in our trip. So, I would steer clear of the spa

There are hardly any sunbeds around the pool. Most of the space around the pool is taken up by Cabanas which are a paid extra and then behind the Cabanas they have some rows of sunbeams, but who wants to sit looking at the back of a wooden hut all day.

Apart from these 3 points the hotel is amazing, it is in an amazing location and we couldn't fault anything else, these are just a few points which I think need addressing in order to improve it. If you have kids and you are looking for a good hotel in Bali then this...
