I recently went to Hard Rock Cafe Bali with two friends, and we had an absolute blast. We started off by ordering the 1-liter cocktails that are technically meant to be shared, but of course, each of us had our own. The drinks were perfect and definitely set the tone for the rest of the night. When it came to food, we tried a bit of everything—the burger, nachos, nasi goreng, and a salad. Everything was delicious and the portions were huge. The burger was juicy and packed with flavour, the nachos were loaded with all the good stuff, the nasi goreng was a tasty local twist, and e the salad was fresh and delicious. We were all super satisfied with what we ordered. One of the highlights of the night was the live band. They were fantastic, taking song requests and really getting everyone in the crowd involved. It added such a fun vibe to the whole evening. The staff made the experience even better. They were all incredibly friendly and full of energy. Dee, our waitress, was especially great—she kept the good vibes going and made sure we had everything we needed. And shout out to Alex, who surprised us with some magic tricks that were honestly pretty impressive. Overall, the night was just brilliant. Whether you’re going out with friends, family, or on a date, Hard Rock Cafe Bali is the place to be. Make sure you stay for the live music—it’s totally worth it. I can’t wait to go back!

Lovely staff! We went for our 2 year anniversary and loved it! The waiters were so accommodating and did everything they could to make sure we enjoyed ourselves - for the music playing in the background they let us choose a song each too! And then they serenaded us with some drums and a song with a dessert with some candles on for us! The only downside is I was a bit surprised that we had to pay for the “birthday brownie” (the dessert we were given for our anniversary with the candles). It was a sweet idea but considering we didn’t ask for it I thought it would be complimentary! I mean what would have happened if neither of us liked brownies….. but that is not the fault of any of the staff I assume that’s just down to the business, but still I think it’s not great to charge people for something like that when they have paid for everything else. However it wasn’t expensive so we didn’t kick up a fuss. Other than that food was amazing, and fairly priced for what it is - portions were really generous! Would definitely recommended as the food, service and atmosphere were amazing! But just be wary that if you mention to them that you are there for a specific occasion i.e anniversary or birthday….. you will be publicly serenaded or sung to…. Along with a dessert of sorts with candles (NOT FREE OF CHARGE)

⚠️🤮"BE CAREFUL BEFORE YOU EAT HERE! My friend and I both got severe food poisoning after our dinner at the Hard Rock Cafe Bali at Kuta Beach. It was our last dinner before our flight back home the next morning. We spent our entire flight home (a long, 1-stop journey) suffering from intense diarrhea, vomiting, and fever. It was a nightmare! The food was good, and the service was awesome, but the food poisoning afterward was not worth it. The strange part is that we both had the exact same symptoms, which leads us to believe that the food was the culprit. We hadn't had any other food after that dinner. I did appreciate the great service we received, but I regret the moment I decided to enter that restaurant, especially considering the severe sickness I faced during the long travel day. Average. The flatbread with tomato and basil starter was nice, the buffalo wings were okay, tasted a bit fishy. The burger was alright, nothing to get excited about, my girlfriend had the chicken burger she found it quite dry. We had 1 watermelon drink and 3 cokes between us. The meal came to over 1,300,000 Indonesian rupiah / £75 which is disgusting compared to the local prices. Just paying for the name, the average food isnt worth the price. Yes the pictures may look good but there are better places around Bali and Kuta, trust me. Also the bacon in my burger was horrible. *****UPDATE/REPLY TO HARDROCK***** I was aware of the prices at the entrance and that is why I expected a higher quality of food than the average plates we were served with I didn't blindly go to the restaurant without having a look at the menu items and prices, overall this was a disappointing experience. I understand about the imported goods however if they are not cooked well it doesnt matter where they are bought or sourced from, thank you for your reply.

We stayed for 6 days 5 night in family courtyard room. The check-in was very smooth, we spent few hours in the teens taboo club (because we were early for check-in) that has the infant room and internet waiting for the room to be ready. The breakfast are extravagant as always, so many choices. Our daughter spent good 8 hours of one of the days at Roxity kids club with fees of around 200-250,000 rupiah. They provide lunch and some dessert for the kids. The pool IS THE BEST!!!!! The room and bathroom are so clean. I Love how this room has its own small pond in front of the yard and we can feed the fish the fish food that you can buy from the hotel. We love the night scene in our room and the courtyard because you can hear nature and did not hear and feel the busy night life at all outside of the hotel. The location is walking distance and accessible to all kind of needs and attractions surrounding it (laundry,mall, restaurant,beach,etc.)

This is our first time at a Hard Rock Cafe. We went on a Friday Night, and it was okay. It wasn’t busy enough that we needed a reservation, so we sat right down. However, it took them quite a while (about 15 minutes) before we received any service. After that, it was fine. The food was okay, the shrimp appetizer was pretty good, but the entrees were just so-so. I got a burger and my girlfriend got the chicken sandwich. Neither of them blew us away. It’s a bit pricier then most places in the area so that kind of ups the expectations on the quality you’re hoping to get. The live music made it fun. However, it felt kind of sad that the band had to play for a somewhat empty crowd. They definitely deserved a large crowd. The singers voices were amazing, and the instrumentalists were of a professional standard. They played rock songs from all over the spectrum from American classics to Indonesian/Japanese ones as well.
