The Starbucks Beachwalk is in a fine location in a posh, upper-end mall right beside the Kuta-Legian beach. The table I chose beside the huge glass facade was spotty. The prices of the beverages and snacks was stiff, the indoor seating area lacked character. However, the eats and the beverages were reliable as always. The beauty about the Starbucks franchise is that the customer experience is much the same across the world and because of its pricing, you're assured of being in a place with people much like you. I'd a salted caramel Java chip frappucino and a classic tiramisu. The frappucino was fine, though gone too soon. The tiramisu was frozen a bit stiff, though the creamy part did taste nice. Didn't taste anywhere like a classic tiramisu though, and at US$ 2.5 a cup, not cheap either.

Here we go second time, they charged you something that are free, for example signature chocolate you itβs already included with syrup but when u ask to change syrup flavor they counted as extra add and of course charge you more money, they will not ask you about size when you order they just give you the big size, and this time when i order my drink as usually they just try to charge me for added syrup and even want to sell almond milk without my request just to increase the drink price. I just had long conversation with them I forgot their names but I think one named βesaβ, after complain finally they refunded. Be aware this is my last time at this coffee, there are alot of outlets in town still good.

I had a delightful experience at Starbucks Kuta Beach. The location is incredibly convenient, just a stone's throw away from the beach, allowing you to enjoy a leisurely stroll with your favorite Frappuccino in hand. The proximity to the beach creates a perfect ambiance for relaxation. The staff was friendly and the service was prompt. This Starbucks is an ideal spot to kick back and savor your drink while taking in the beach vibes. I highly recommend it for both locals and tourists looking for a taste of Starbucks by the sea.

Just another outlet in a mall facing the ocean. Spacious design, but the outdoor seats which on the wooden floor is shaking everytime people walk by. It's a real pain. The eclair was dry, looks like it's not really fresh. The red velvet cake is moist and not too sweet, perfect. The ashtray was dirty though, need attention as it's a rubbish placed on a dinning table. At least it has to be a clean one.

I really do not get it, I think it is simply way overpriced for what you get. I thought I'd give it another try after being disppointed before and the outside seating here made me choose it this time, but matcha frappuccino was only decent at a super high price and NY cheesecake was soso. AC inside was pretty chilly on a not so hot day. WIFI gave out sometimes.
