Scooby doo — Restaurant in Nusa Penida Subdistrict

We stayed overnight here as part of a tour package. The setting was beautiful, and there were some lovely staff, however overall I would not recommend.

Our room had the most atrocious bathroom I have EVER stepped foot in. One drain only in the floor meaning that the shower water passed behind the toilet and pooled in front of the door. So mouldy and decrepit. My daughter cried after having a shower as she accidentally dropped her clothes in this rank water.

Maybe they were having a bad day, but the cocktails we ordered were warm and not very nice. I later ate at some other venues on the island which were much better.

This place could be a wonderful budget option, but the bathrooms need renovating and the service needs attention. The bathroom we had was not at all fit for...

Too bad, but my buddy and I went really really sick for a several days after having diner there. We both ate the fried shrimps (don't remember the Indonesian name) as an appetizer and we think there was something terrible wrong with these shrimps. Unfortunately we became sick on the night/day traveling back home to the Netherlands ( 28 hours trip). After coming home it took us 2-3 days to recover from our problems. So look out what you eat over there!!!

Another point of criticism is that brought us the appetizer at the same time as the main dish.

Best place to stay in Neusa Lembongan. We were supposed to stay 3 nights and loved it so much we stayed for a week. The location is perfect, so many things within walking distance. The rooms are comfortable. The staff is helpful and welcoming. Beautiful breakfast with wonderful views. The pool and beachside lounges were exactly what we were looking for.

This place is a hidden gem. It’s a MUST STAY destination if you are visiting the island.

We will stay here every time we visit!
