McDonald's — Restaurant in Dún Laoghaire-Rathdown

Ordered from the euro saver menu it must be called that because it doesn't include anything that required to be heated up. Eco friendly tepid burgers yummee. No fossil fuels used to heat these up. I wouldn't order anything off the eurosaver menu if I was you unless you have a portable microwave oven with you. I must be a sucker for punishment I went back to Mcdonalds on the 2/01/2021 and I gave them another chance I asked for basically the same thing and as a treat I bought myself a large fries at 3.10 cent as you can see in the picture this is what I received (and no the rest of the fries were not in the bottom of the bag which I presumed they would be). I even took them out of the bag and asked if these were the large fries which I was told (by a girl who I got the feeling couldn't care less) they were the large fries. Also when I was waiting for my order I seen through glass in the door a staff member putting there hands into where the fries were and eating some she then proceeded to flick the salt off her fingers back into the...

Ordered a few times, always something wrong with order. Tonight just topped it, ordered meal, 1/3 of order didn't arrive... called restaurant, most rudest staff member on phone was absolutely useless said nothing can do and call just eat and then hung up the phone... took 3 different numbers to get through to person needed speak to and only thing offered was refund on the items that wouldn't arrive...

Told them numerous times.. just send me the food thats missing I don't want the refund.. no can't do that can only offer refund on items didn't arrive, they don't send currier out and then couldn't even re order as the restaurant closed the store.. so two people had no dinner thanks to you!!

For a large scale company like this, you can't even get your food ordering system process in place its an absolute joke. If you partner up with someone and your restaurant forgets to put the food in the bag how the hell is it just eats fault and customer has to go digging to sort it out. Seriously...

Very poor quality food, I felt ill after eating here, not in the sense of food poisoning but just terrible food,

The staff were just standing around waiting on the back area to make the orders,

The two young male managers, were more interested in chatting about their social life than actually managing the store.

This new order and collect system is not working, as you have many customers standing around waiting for a longer time for the below par food.

This was a Terrible experience here and if I could choose a zero star rating then I would.

Having once managed a McDonald's in my time. It was very disappointing to see such an inexperienced group of people left to manage a business, where clearly there was a lack of leadership and guidance. I felt sore that they had to work in such a low standard environment.
