Salad heaven! Organic, healthy, delicious and fair prices in a tidy and clean place.

I've been in Ballsbridge, Baggot St and Monkstown chains, all of them have high standards.

Specifically I appreciate Monkstown team.

I recently had some strict dietary restrictions and needed to compromise these great salads. Monkstown team very patiently went through with me one by one of every ingredients (even connected with the store manager to ensure and consulted to their recipe decks) so I keep eating from Sprout & Co weekly basis with my family!

Big fan of Sprout. I love every single item on the menu. There is no better place for salads, warm or cold, in Dublin. Or Ireland. Tried Monkstown for the first time and loved it as usual.
