HONEST REVIEW.

I've tried alot of kebab places all over Dublin. Northside , city centre and the Southside. And I must say this is by far my favorite. The chicken is to die for. I've never tried chicken like this before. I get the chicken shawarma kebab wrap nearly everyday. They make the wraps from fresh dough and stick them to the wall of a type of oven I think. Would highly recommend this 👌 I've also tried their burgers and they are amazing . Not your chipper sloppy burger . These are serious burgers . Would compare to a Eddie rockets burger. Also I've tried the kebab trays with no disappointment. I read some 1 star reviews from upto a year ago and I have to say I'm in here nearly everyday for a kebab and alot of complaints I've seen people say I haven't seen myself if I'm being honest. They have fresh salads every single time im there like you can tell its been prepped that day. ( I'm a commis chef lol) I've only been eating here 6 weeks so by the looks of it the owner has improved and fixed any complaints or problems previous customers had. The boss is really nice and friendly and they have a solid hard working team. I've been in there when they were busy and the staff operate very professional and the ones I've spoken to have been very friendly. I would highly recommend this place to anyone . It's my go to and will be from now on .I'm very impressed. Just what...

Changing my previous 5-star rating to 1 star. The recent decline in food quality was noticeable, especially during our last order 3 days ago, which unfortunately resulted in food poisoning for most of our group

Firstly, there was no investigation conducted nor were any details regarding our order requested. We made a big order on Saturday for Cherrywood area

Regarding the name, this is irrelevant to the complaint and does not prove any point and yes I am from Arabic origin and this does not matter

Regarding the pictures from 8 months and 1 year those taken by me and uploaded previously which proves that I used to love this place and gave you 5 stars previously and I used to eat in this place but what happened to me and my friends from food poisoning made me changed my mind and will never ever recommend this place to anyone as I used to do and ofc will never eat here again

And this is not a spam account as you can see that I made a lot of reviews before based on my experience

Recent bad experience:

I have ordered doner kebabs from this place many times and usually had a good experience, but unfortunately, my recent visit (2 days ago) was disappointing. I ordered a Chicken Doner Box with chips and salad but was given a Lamb Doner instead. I understand that weekends can be busy, but I do expect my order to be accurate.

Since the place was quite busy and there was no seating left, I opted for takeaway. I only realized the mistake once I got home and opened the box. While I do not mind lamb, I was specifically craving chicken that day. I ended up eating it since I was hungry and did not want to walk back just to report the issue.

I regret not ordering through Deliveroo, which at least provides a record of the order and a way to raise complaints. This place does not issue receipts, which makes it impossible to show proof of what I ordered.

In addition to the incorrect order, I also noticed a drop in portion size - at least 20% less than usual. I see that Harbour Kebab has recently introduced branded packaging and tissues, which looks nice, but I hope this does not come at the cost of food quantity. We as Customers should not have to bear the cost of branding changes. I hope this feedback is taken...
