A feast for a king! Had an amazing experience in this restaurant. I used to love dropping into Bobo’s after work on the way to a gig in Whelans and since Bobo’s disappeared, Camden Rotisserie has become the go to. In fact I wish I had given this place a chance years ago. On our last visit, John Paul, one of the brothers who owns the restaurant welcomed us and remembered our name even though we never booked on our 3 other visits. He’s like an old fashioned maitre d who is full of stories and conversation. He even let me pour my own pint of Guinness on this visit. For starters we split the Nachos and Onion Rings for starters. So tempted by the chicken skewers (being in a chicken restaurant), however let’s leave that for mains. Nachos were perfectly cheesy and my request for extra jalepenos was more than catered for. The onion rings perfectly crispy rather than the sometimes soggy ones you can get served. For mains I got the Louisiana burger - absolutely love my hot food and this hit the spot. Herself is in training (seems like she always is), so she went with the meat platter from the low carb menu. It’s 100% gluten free also. A great dish with steak, chicken skewers and a chicken fillet. All protein. I’m actually jealous now of her dish as I write this. All in all, great service, amazing food and a couple of new...

Camden Rotisserie is an absolute gem that delivers a dining experience far beyond expectations. From the moment you walk in, the atmosphere feels warm, lively, and inviting — the kind of place where you immediately know you’re in for something special.

The food is nothing short of phenomenal. The Louisiana Style Burger deserves its own round of applause — juicy, perfectly seasoned, and layered with that spicy Southern kick that keeps you coming back for more. Every bite bursts with flavour and texture, from the tender meat to the crisp toppings and soft, toasted bun. It’s easily one of the best burgers in Dublin.

And then there are the nachos — a masterpiece in their own right. Generously loaded with melted cheese, spicy jalapeños, and fresh salsa, they strike the perfect balance between indulgent and satisfying. It’s the kind of dish that disappears quickly because everyone at the table keeps reaching for “just one more.”

The service is friendly and attentive without ever feeling rushed, and the overall vibe makes it ideal for both casual dinners and small celebrations. Camden Rotisserie combines comfort food with culinary finesse — a rare combination that makes it one of the city’s most consistently impressive spots. Highly...

Warning! Today I visited this place. It was my second time. I returned because the customer service was excellent the first time. The girl who serves there is the key to why many people still return. Today, the service was terrible. The two guys—one of them is a cook, apparently—provided the worst customer service I've ever seen. Extremely vulgar, ordinary, and totally irritating. From the moment I entered, the guy seemed like he wanted to attack me. Many diners noticed that he spoke to me in a very rude tone. It really ruined my meal. If I'm going to visit this place, try to get the waitress and you'll be well served. I'll never set foot in this place again. Terrible customer service! As if that weren't enough, I ordered a couple of Caesar salads, and literally, it was lettuce that was poorly chopped, dry and wilted around the edges, with mayonnaise spread all over it, as if trying to hide the shameful salad. It didn't have a single bit of dressing. Absolutely disgusting, and it was €23 for that crap. Be very careful and don't let any bad service go unnoticed. Report it, so we can help...

Tried Camden Rotisserie with high hopes, but it was a mixed experience. The traditional half rotisserie chicken was disappointing — it tasted like it had been reheated from the day before: dry, tough, and only saved (partially) by the sauce that covered it. Definitely not fresh, and not what you’d expect from a place that specializes in rotisserie. On the bright side, the Buffalo Burger was a winner — full of flavor and well-balanced. I’d absolutely recommend giving that a try. The chicken wings were also very good, crispy and flavorful, though I wouldn’t call them the best on the market. One major downside: all the chicken portions felt too small, and the quality of the poultry didn’t feel premium — which it really should be at these prices. Also, they were missing a few beers listed on the menu, which was frustrating. The space itself is small, tidy, and a bit worn, but the old posters and decor give it a nice nostalgic charm. Overall, some things impressed, but they need to raise the bar on freshness and quality if they want to stand out in Dublin’s crowded food scene.
