Food was okay, but the service was fantastic. Honestly - the main dishes were not good to borderline bad. The paneer karahi and dal were not flavorful at all. The naan GOC was hilariously under salted. The samosa chaat and chicken lasuni starter were both okay. Honestly, don't waste your money here. I'm shocked this place has multiple spots in Dublin because it's not great food wise. What is fantastic is the service. The people there were fantastic. The main guy that served us was really attentive and had our drinks out so quickly. The one positive on the food was serving pappad complimentary. The only thing I was happy about.

We ate here one Sunday before a show in the NCH. The food was mostly good but some dishes could have been better. The vegetable biryani was more spicy than expected and too salty. One of the fish dishes was somewhat lacking in flavour. The service was perfect. When we were at the restaurant they were having an Elvis night. The Elvis Presley impersonator was loud and we couldn't really talk much as a result. Some other diners seemed to love it, and may have even been there for the occasion, but it wasn't for us.

Diwali is an amazing restaurant serving Indian and Nepalese food. Nice interiors with a cozy vibe. The place is staffed by very good staff with attention to detail. The food itself is decent. This was my first trip to Dublin so not sure in terms of price if this is an expensive restaurant. The restaurant offered us a complimentary starter which was good. They also offered complimentary drinks at the end which we declined. I would recommend this restaurant and will definitely visit it again.

Superb dining at this most consistent of restruaunts. The food is top class and wonderfully varied. What's more, prices are amazing, especially taking into consideration the quality of ingredients (I swear, I have never tasted such succulent lamb, nor ever before seen such enormous tasty prawns! WOW!). For price to benefit ratio, this is the best restaurant in Dublin, I must honestly assert. Staff are unfailingly kind, warm, attentive and welcoming; wine list, including great bargain house-wines by the glass, is marvellous, as well as the apperitif and digestif menus. Dining room is comfortable, airy and inviting; and bathroom facilities immaculate. Lunch and early-bird menus are superb, but so are the weekend specials, and really and truly, the constantly wonderful Al Á Carte selection also represents superb value for money, as well as a never ending reserve of delightful food. All in all, Dwalli is recommended without any reservation of any kind. I repeat: "Cost/Benefit Ratio is the best I know of"! 5 Stars sometimes aren't enough!...

For the first time, I am so thrilled to write about such a pleasant experience of mine with “Diwali”. I took my guests from my home country to this beautiful cozy restaurant nestled in Dublin City. Cuisine • Hospitality • Ambience goes 10/10 from my end. The staff was super amiable here. We were attended by a young charismatic lady named, Karuna. Without even over exaggerating I can tell you that she is one of the most humble staff I have ever met. She attended to my aged aunt with so much warmth that I am really touched. We felt at home. We were served with delicacies by chef Narayan who was kind enough to help with the menu requested by my guests who had some special requirements with the ingredients. What best than such an experience would you crave for? Thank you for your superb hospitality team “Diwali”. I 100 % recommend this place....

Aloha from Hawaii! This is our last night in Dublin and we happened to find ourselves at Diwali Restaurant Camden… and what a blessing it has been! So much so that I am literally writing this review mid-meal because I have been so impressed. First, service has been spectacular. We were greeted with warm smiles from everyone as soon as we opened the door. Such a welcoming and pleasant environment! Second (but first in importance, or course) the food! Everything from the appetizers to the curries to the madras and biriyani have been absolutely delicious. The flavors are completely authentic and the care they’ve invested into each dish comes through in every decadent bite. If you are a resident or visitor to Dublin, this is THE place for the highest quality Indian/Nepalese food and...
