I visited Holi last week to celebrate my wife's birthday, and it was truly a memorable experience. The staff made the occasion extra special with a song, cake, and candles—it added a thoughtful personal touch that made the celebration stand out. While we can always enjoy good food anywhere, it's these little moments that create lasting memories. The food was overall impressive. The Kulfi dessert was an absolute highlight—out of this world. I also highly recommend the Palak Chaat, which was exceptionally good. The Yellow Chilli Chicken had a unique flavor, perfectly balanced without being too spicy. We tried the GOC and Cheese naans, next time I would probably try plain naan. The Biryani, BBQ Mushrooms and Lamb Chop were decent enough. What truly stood out was the service. The staff were incredibly friendly and engaging, which made the whole experience even more enjoyable. It's a place I'd recommend for anyone looking for high-end Indian cuisine and a warm, welcoming atmosphere.

This was such a lucky find on my first day in Dublin. A lovely place with great atmosphere, good light, and very sweet staff. I’m vegetarian so as an appetizer I got the Dahi Bhalla Papdi. I enjoy chaat food in California where I live. But the presentation of this dish was so beautiful, I had to sit and admire it for a bit before digging in. Then the flavors and textures — dumplings, crunchy wafers and toasted chickpeas, yogurt, chutneys, coriander leaves — were their own reward. For a main course I ordered Kesari Pukhtan, which I’ve never seen before. It is paneer stuffed and then breaded. Served in a sauce made from butternut squash, cashew, and saffron. Again, beautiful to look at. I couldn’t stop myself from beginning by drinking the sauce with a spoon on its own. It was rich and smoky. I could’ve just eaten it as soup. So recommend this place!

Review for Holi Restaurant in Dublin Yesterday, we discovered Holi, a new addition to Dublin's vibrant Indian dining scene. Eager to experience authentic flavors, we were pleased to find a variety of curries, biryanis, and starters. We opted for the Dahi Balla Chat and Classic Butter Chicken Curry, both of which were delicious. The curry had excellent taste and texture, surpassing our expectations compared to nearby competitors like Mint Restaurant. The hospitality was commendable, with staff ensuring our feedback was noted. Overall, Holi offers a promising dining experience, and we hope they maintain their quality. We definitely recommend this place!

I had dinner at Holi Indian Restaurant yesterday, and it was honestly one of the most memorable meals I’ve had in Dublin in a long time.

We started with the Prawn Butter Pepper Garlic, which was bursting with flavour — buttery, spicy, and perfectly cooked. The Holi Special Kebab Plate was a standout as well: a generous selection of grilled meats that were juicy, aromatic, and beautifully presented. You could taste the attention to detail in every bite.

For mains, the Sahi Nalli Nihari was absolutely divine. The lamb was slow-cooked to perfection, meltingly tender in a rich, deep gravy that was both comforting and complex. The Mapas Fish Curry was another winner — creamy, with a lovely balance of coconut and spice, and fresh fish that flaked beautifully.

And I can't forget to mention the Mango Lassi — honestly one of the best I’ve ever had. Smooth, refreshing, and just the right amount of sweetness. It complemented the spices in the food perfectly.

A special thank you to Santhosh, who took such great care of us throughout the evening. His warm, friendly service and helpful recommendations really elevated the whole experience.

Service was warm and attentive, the atmosphere relaxed but refined, and the quality of the food was simply outstanding. Holi continues to raise the bar for Indian cuisine in Dublin — and I’ll definitely be returning soon.

I came to Dublin as a student about 10 months ago and ever since, I’ve been on a quest to find food that truly reminds me of India. While I’ve tried many Indian restaurants across Dublin and even in other cities in Ireland, nothing came close to capturing the authentic taste of home until I discovered Holi Restaurant.

From the very first visit, I felt like I had finally found the flavors I was missing. The food here is incredibly delicious and the closest to what you'd get back in India. Every visit has been a comforting and satisfying experience for my taste buds.

What truly touched me was an experience we had when one of my friends was feeling unwell and didn’t have the appetite for a heavy meal. We asked if it was possible to prepare something light like Daal Khichdi, even though it wasn’t on the menu. To our surprise and delight, the staff happily made it for us and it tasted exactly like the comforting, homestyle khichdi we know from India.

That kind of warmth and hospitality, along with such authentic food, makes Holi more than just a restaurant, it’s a little piece of home in Ireland.

Highly recommend to anyone looking for real Indian food...

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Holi indian restaurant With my wife and I must say, it was an unforgettable experience for Us.The moment we stepped in we are greeted with the aroma of exotic spices and the warm hospitality of the staff.

The menu offered a wide range of options, from classic dishes like butter chicken and palak paneer to more adventurous options like Achari Duck and Prawn Curry. The flavors were bold, the spices were perfectly balanced, and food was cooked to perfection.

The service was top-notch, with friendly and attentive staff who were happy to guide me through the menu. The ambiance was cozy and intimate, with traditional Indian decor and soothing music. What truly set Holi dublin apart was the attention to detail in every dish. Each bite was a masterclass in flavor and texture.

If you're a fan of Indian cuisine or just looking to try something new, Holi dublin is a must-visit newly opened Restaurant for you,Be sure to reserve a table and indulge in the rich...
