Independent Pizza Company — Restaurant in Dublin

If you like to sit in make sure to book a table because they are always super busy. I just walked in there to take a pizza with me because ... well because it's Friday :) .... the staff was super nice from the moment I stepped in. I got a NoHo pizza and asked for extra olives because the pepperoni would mostly end up being eaten by my cat. As I asked after it was already in the system it didn't get properly transmitted by the system. But believe me I don't mind at all because one of the Servers, a lovely lady who loves cats, gave me a little something for Jellybean too. Imagine my surprise when I had lovely tender chicken bits for him that i could easily pull apart to make them a bit smaller. And Jellybean was of course over the moon. Oh and the Pizza? It was super tasty! If you get your food as takeaway it is even 10% cheaper. To make a very long story short: I will definitely be going back there and maybe next time not as a spur of the moment thing but with sitting in. Because I saw a few nice things, while waiting for my order, that I would like to try too. Like that yummy...

Music was too loud for the lunch time and staff Luis upon request decreased level of noise at premises.

It was very disappointing about their quality assurance procedures as they are serving San Pellegrino mineral sparkling water without any information on 750 ml glass bottle product label who is importer and distributor company in the Republic of Ireland and without any information in Irish language too and any contact details for customer service in the Republic of Ireland.

Product had EAN barcode 800277011054 , best before date 12.2027 14 with batch number L5163087024.

For such high prices for regular 23 cm Margherita and imported high quality mineral water of €14.60 it is awfull that they don't care about customer service at all and consumer information.

As well details on receipt issued are not as per An Post Eircode and it's as well dissapointed as they don't care about consumer...

This place looks nice but everything is terrible.

The pizza was horrible. The dough is flat like bread instead of airy like a good crust, tastes processed instead of fresh, the cheese is cheap and bland, it looked and tasted like they put sliced hot dog in my pizza instead of pepperoni. The sauce was too sweet, there were little to no herbs or spices used, the whole this was bland, and disgusting.

For a beautiful location, they sure have no idea how to make a pizza. Also, the owner at the entrance gave off bad vibes as her presence seems to make staff and guests uncomfortable.

This place doesn’t have to be managed, it needs to be improved. Clearly, management knows nothing about...
