Seriously, this was by far the best restaurant experience I’ve ever had. The food was next-level. We had the Wings, the Chicken Sandwich (put chick-fil-a to shame), the Debris Fries (As a Texan, the brisket was killer and got the stamp of approval), and the beignets (I'd hook myself up to an IV of that bourbon caramel sauce). The service was impeccable. Every single person on the team was engaging , hilarious, genuine, hospitable, and super welcoming. They turned our meal into a legitimate experience, and honestly, it was the highlight of our whole trip.

Kurt and his team went totally above and beyond. (I feel horrible that I don't remember the gentleman who took care of us the second night we were there, because he was just as incredible. If I ever figure out his name, I'll update my review! Please help me out, Krewe PR team!! ) They weren’t just doing their job, they made us feel like VIPs in the most effortless way. I've never felt more welcomed in a restaurant before in my life. And they had white claw, which I gladly bought copious amounts of. (Kurt, if you read this, I'm pretty sure you'll remember who I am. lol😉)

I’ve told absolutely everyone who’ll listen: if you’re dropping your hard-earned cash in Dublin, make this place an absolute must. If i could give them 10 stars, I would. Highly recommend. Please open a location in Tampa. I'll GLADLY be your US...

Came here for a very late lunch, expecting more based on the raving reviews, but it didn’t live up to the hype.

The service was so-so—15 minutes passed between ordering my drink and the server coming back for my food order, which was a bit annoying, though these things can happen

Now, onto the food:

Calamari – Good flavor but a disappointingly small portion.

Mac & Cheese – Very creamy but lacked that proper cheesy texture and depth of flavor. The parmesan on top wasn’t enough to compensate.

Hot Sauce Wings – This was the biggest letdown. The wings were very dry and lacked the juiciness you’d expect, which ruined the dish. The blue cheese sauce was good, but it couldn’t save the wings. When a whole section of the menu is dedicated to NOLA Fried Chicken, you expect them to absolutely nail it—unfortunately, they didn’t.

The ambience was nice, and the seasoning on the food was good but thats to be expected from a Nolan kitchen. If a place is going to highlight fried chicken as a specialty, it needs to deliver. Given the food quality and service, I can’t justify anything...

I visited Krewe today after months of wanting to try it out, and I’ve heard great things about this place. The menu is very diverse, with loads of great choices. I tried the buttermilk chicken tenders with skin-on fries, and my partner had the chicken biscuit. Great portions and very reasonable prices. The staff were nice, and the place has a great atmosphere with very cool decor and lighting. Even though it's not specifically aimed at children, I was able to get hash browns and a sausage patty for my child, and it was great. The non-alcoholic cocktail (Jungle Juice) was delicious, and the mozzarella sticks are huge—probably some of the best I’ve had, mainly because of the amount of cheese in them. I do have to say that I was expecting bolder flavors, but it seems they're playing it safe, which is okay too. I'd love to come back to try the dinner menu. Lastly, there was an issue with the dessert we ordered (Mississippi Mud Pie), and they kindly offered to remove it from the bill as a kind gesture, which I really appreciated. Overall, I'd...

Had a fantastic experience at Krewe South tonight, had originally booked a table at outside terrace, but as it was a bit chilly asked on arrival if it was possible to move inside, which was accomodated immediately and graciously by our host. A round of cocktails to start was a Mui Thai and an Old Fashioned which were divine. For starters 2 of our party of three had the Cajun Calamari which were soft and beautifully flavoured, the absolute winner of the night was the soft shelled crab starter ordered by my wife which is simply amazing, a must try. So good in fact we ordered a second one for the table!!! Really, it's that good!! For mains 2 x NOLA shrimp, in one of the nicest langoustine bisques I've had in a while, and the other main was the Buttermilk Hot Chicken Burger which is massive and delicious. 2 x Crewe fries was way too much for the three of us but equally delicious, a side of Roasted carrots and food comas all round. Beautiful restaurant, vibey atmosphere, excellent staff and a thoroughly enjoyable experience, we will be back

Normally I prefer an earlier brunch, but we wanted to try the Krewe brunch that starts at 12pm - and it was worth the wait! Krewe South is a bright and welcoming counterpart to its North location, and well placed in the new Charlemont Square area. It got busy on a Saturday, but not overwhelmingly so; we got in without booking ahead. The brunch menu is varied, with lots of variety for meat lovers and vegetarians. We had the cauliflower wings and the scrambled eggs which came with bacon and Cajun potatoes. The portions were generous and well priced. The cauli wings came with a nice ranch style sauce, which worked well with the hot sauce. The scrambled eggs with bacon were amazing too, as were the crispy spuds. I'll definitely come back for another brunch here, as well as dinner. It's a great place with great food and great service!

Disappointing Experience at Krewe South We recently had a very frustrating experience at Krewe South, particularly regarding the service. The waitress, Roberta (or Rebeca), was extremely insistent on getting us to pay the bill before we had even finished our meal. Even though the restaurant was busy, her rushed attitude made us feel like we were being pushed out. Additionally, her behavior was disrespectful and unprofessional, as she rudely interrupted our conversation several times. It was clear that she wasn’t willing to provide us with courteous service, which negatively impacted the atmosphere. We expected service that would match the restaurant’s reputation, but unfortunately, that was not the case. A friendlier and more attentive attitude from the staff would have made all the difference.
