Pretty good burrito bowl (there’s also a student discount 🤑) Tbh the only reason I came was for their Plate4Plate mission (buy one plate they donate a plate to another person in need, I absolutely love this idea and more restaurants should have it) and sad to say but I’ll only come back for this. really great food but not sure if this is everyday but when I went the rice was sOo hard… kinda ruined the bowl even though it was still overall pretty decent. Idk I’ll keep coming and hopefully I’ll change my mind about the “just decent” food.

Size of the bowl is laughable and there was about 3 mouthfulls in it. Rice nearly shattered my teeth it was that hard. Chicken tasted like it should be in a curry tray not a burrito bowl. Got the hottest salsa and tasted like sweet chilli sauce. Cost 9 Euro without a drink would have been better off walking the extra 15 minutes to boojum. My job just moved onto that street this week it's a shame my first lunch experience was such a negative one.

We got a burrito bowl and nachos. The food was very good. It was packed with fresh ingredients, and each bite was bursting with flavor. However, the atmosphere left something to be desired. Despite the generally pleasant ambiance, our visit was disrupted by a group of teenage kids who were quite bothersome. They were annoying the workers and customers, including us, which significantly detracted from the dining experience.

Let me start by saying I am American-Mexican & live in Texas. So I know how to cook Mexican & have eaten tons of Mexican food. This is not Mexican food. Thought we would try it since it was close to the hotel & we didn't want to walk far after going on an all day tour. He got the Classic sz. I got the Chikito. Both beef-not ground beef, not fajita beef, I guess a type of roast beef in seasoning. He got the verde sauce & said it was a little spicy. Real flour tortillas is the key to all Mexican food. This was not. It was edible. I was not impressed, but I understand this is Ireland & it isn't their specialty in this region. So that being said I can't be too upset at the food. I didn't finish it, but it will hold me over. They also have breakfast (what their menu says) coffee, smoothies, tacos & some sweets. I didn't take pics since there were...

I ordered a buritto for collection on Dec 22nd for 7.45 pm collection. The store was due to close at 10pm. I arrived at the store and the store was closed. I understand errors can occur so while I was annoyed, I emailed the store requesting a refund with proof the store was closed.

The store responded and said they cannot refund me but can give me credit or collect a free buritto another time. I denied this as I don't live near the store and I'd not received the product I paid for. I asked again for a refund and they ignored me. I contacted head office whom didn't respond and also contacted the GM of Zamrero Ireland letting them know I wouldn't file a chargeback for another 5 days given it was the holiday period. Also no response received.

Quite a disappointing experience and won't be giving them any more...

Coffee prices jumped 50c without warning & during exam week. Meanwhile students are their biggest customer. Bad call on management with this one. Gradual price increases with inflation are reasonable. 50c is uncalled for. Quickly changed my opinion of my favourite place for a coffee. Also just poor timing after being given a hard time by a newer staff member (not sure his name, but he has a British accent) about having to pay extra to add a splash of dairy-free milk to an Americano. Paying extra 50c for a cup's worth in a latte is understandable, paying 50c for a splash is a bit ridiculous. Especially when I have to remind that same staff member of the 10c discount customers receive for using a reusable cup, every single time I use one.

I do love the burritos though. And the fact a filling vegan...
