Burger King — Restaurant in Fingal

Don't ever make the mistake of ordering from this place on delivery apps, your order will either be cancelled or delivered really late.

We started doing drive thru takeaways instead because we usually enjoy burger king food but that's not been a good experience either. Once our burger patty was overfried and greasy, almost burned. A few times we have sat waiting in the car for 15 minutes when we were the only ones there. The last 2 times we ordered, we have specifically requested no bacon, and it still came on the burger. In fact, one of those times was on the ordering terminal inside so there's no chance of them not hearing correctly (also the receipt printer on the machine didn't work). I didn't get a chance to complain because I never eat there, I just take my food with me. Honestly, their service is terrible and they don't care.

A burger king drive through in the middle of swords should be popular, but it's not very often that I find more than one another car here.. because they have such a bad reputation.

Ordered in just crispy chicken burger and a fanta (no fries) waited for 15 mins at the front of the counter, watching my burger laying for at least 10 mins on the racking on their side. Person behind the counter was just standing having crack with other team members... there was no que, 2 customers ahead of me with the same issue... watching their burgers resting on the rack... when I asked if I could get some tissues answer was .. no we dont have any left :(... finaly sat to have my crispy ( after 10 min in the wrap waiting for me can not be crispy anymore ) while almost had finished some team member came up to me and asked if I have Covid cert (have it ) he wanted to show him... sorry but he could ask while I was waiting 15 mins, also not fancy to leave MY BURGER FINALLY and grab my phone while not having tissues :( he replayed to me that I am not going to be served next time... Sorry but you wont have a pleasure of serving me or my friends anymore :) didnt catch his name, but it was man with...

I stopped visiting long time ago, but nothing around was open. The last visit did it. I was waiting to collect my take away order and noticed that one of customers returned his burger, as he was given wrong order. All unwrapped, etc. I was wondering what are they gonna do with it and to my surprise one of the staff members wrapped it nicely back up, put it on the slide with food ready to be packed and another staff member put it into take away bag and called out my collection number. I politely said what I just observed and asked for a refund as I lost my appetite. Staff went to the back to discuss and then ignored me for another 5 minutes as I was waiting at the counter. Eventually someone asked me again: "what's wrong?". Had to explain again, was told its a misunderstanding and that I will get a fresh one. Eventually I got my refund. Not coming back. EVER!

The worst Burger King I have ever been to. Always dirty with rubbish on the floor, seats and tables you...
