Supermac's & Papa John's Dublin Airport — Restaurant in Fingal

I regret choosing SuperSubs for my pre-flight meal. The staff had serious communication issues, both in handling orders and processing payments.

While chatting with a friend in line, the cashier assumed he was paying for my meal—without asking either of us! Since he wasn’t paying attention to the screen, he didn’t notice the charge. Later, a different cashier appeared, asked if I had paid, and I paid myself, still unaware of what had happened. After waiting a long time, I finally asked for my sandwich—only to find out they had already given it to my friend, who had left my side earlier to eat his own meal and was completely unaware of the mix-up.

At that point, I was frustrated, but I also didn’t want to create a scene. My friend didn’t mind covering the extra charge, so we let it go. Still, this was a frustrating experience that speaks to poor management. The staff didn’t seem to know who they were serving, and making assumptions about payment is unprofessional.

Great Spot for a Tasty Bite Before Your Flight! I had a great experience at Supermac’s in Dublin Airport. The food was fresh, flavorful, and perfect for a quick but satisfying meal. The fries were crispy and well-seasoned—exactly how they should be. I also tried their pizza, which was surprisingly good for an airport place—hot, cheesy, and with a great crust.

Was so excited to have Supermacs at Dublin airport for when I travel as I grew up having a few nearby and don’t have the option of going anymore where I live now. I have been on 2 occasions so far on recent travels and got the same thing, taco fries. The first time it was good and the second time most recently I was very disappointed as the food was almost cold and was smothered in sauce to hide the fact they had been stingy with other ingredients.
