I don't know where to start with this one. My first time eating here. I ordered the beyond burger and also asked what sauces were dairy free, the waiter said they'd check with the kitchen, perfect. He came back and said the kitchen advised him the options were x, y, and blue cheese sauce. I asked about that because that's definitely not dairy free and the waiter agreed and had to second guess the chefs. We did not receive any napkins, cutlery or anything at all except the food which brings me to the next point. We got our food and there were no sign of the drinks so I asked the waitress who then got them. I got the burger soon after and took a bite from it and realised it was meat. I asked the waiter if this was definitely the beyond burger, and he looked shocked and grabbed the plate and took it back to the kitchen and brought me the beyond which was brought out so quickly that it was already ready and the wrong burger was picked up and brought out to me. I went up to pay after the correct food was brought down and asked to leave some feedback. It was definitely taken on board, but I was shocked when the supervisor said that when the kitchen is busy they just tend to give out any information to the waiting staff and not think about it. This told me that this is a regular occurrence here and the kitchen do not take allergens into account when cooking or do not know much about allergens. I would suggest that if you have an allergen that you are very careful here. After eating here I had to go to a pharmacy and buy medication to prevent an allergy flare up. The burger was taken off the bill by the supervisor, which I appreciated, but I'd still be very careful...
