O'Briens Café — Restaurant in The Borough District of Wexford

Visited the cafe on Tuesday got a toasted sandwich, a bagel and a chicken Caesar wrap .. 2 small americanos and a fizzy drink. Toasted sandwich was ok .. bagel was just ok and the wrap was more lettuce very little chicken to be seen . 2 coffees came out with no creme it was bitter and cold .. the staff are so busy there is no care and attention it’s just rushing u along to get the que cleared .. the staff clearly saw I had two trays and offered no assistance to me I had to Walk to the end of the cafe and back up to get the other tray .. no customer service at all very disappointing.. they are only interested in getting the que cleared and...

I gave one star as the server was polite and courteous, otherwise not very good at all,no customers at the counter, still managed to mess up the order card machine apparently wasnt working so was told to go to atm while my coffee was getting cold, so my partner took her food and our coffees to the table, after about 10 minutes I approached the counter again to see where my food was, someone else had taken it.. the viable under pressure staff made me a new bagel(wrong one,I still ate it)and dropped it out to me, with a refund. So to sum up, I felt sorry for the staff being mismanaged, slow food, coffee not great.. sort it out...

Impeccable standards held here, went in today to collect a bagel and a coffee, the staff as ever were inviting and kind, I was greeted with a smile by a lovely new staff member who made my coffee. Other than a customer complaining about how busy it was, which was not the staff or managements fault, Simply a high demand for quality food and beverages, furthermore my experience as usual was great....
