Eskimo & Lam's Asian Cuisine Kilkenny — Restaurant in The Municipal District of Kilkenny City

The only reason for the 2 star is I normally like the food from this place. however my most recent interation was horrible. I ordered from just eat, my order was confirmed and payment was taken, food scheduled to arrive in about 40 mins, should have been fine.

Was then called 5 mins before the time of expected delivery by just eat, that they had to cancel the order because I was too far away for delivery. Why was the order accepted AND payment taken if it could not be fullfilled. The restaraunt then called me after that to inform me of the same thing. but no one could tell me properly why it was confirmed and then 40 mins later declined. Staff need to pay more attention as to what comes...

Got the order wrong and obviously substituted olives I requested for extra jalapino which made the pizza inedible for me as it overpowered the whole taste so my husband ate it after removing half the chilli. There was even chilli under the cheese. Please read the customer's order and don't substitute something spicy that will kill the taste. This was a 2nd chance pizza after getting one last year which wasn't great but we were giving a another go....

In Kilkenny Newpark branch, excellent pizza and staff. However, Eskimo are advertising that online only orders of 14inch pizzas are €10.99, but then proceed to charge an online service charge of an additional 50cents. They shouldn't advertise one price and charge a higher price. This amounts to false advertising and is misleading, not to mention sours the experience for customers.
