TERRIBLE SERVICE, the woman with the short dark hair is the worst waitress I’ve met in my entire life. No one met us, waiters were just starring we are coming to the restaurant, one was talking to some friend visiting him while the working day, another one was just starting at me, so we took a table we liked. There was a table for 4, and were just 2 of us, but we’ve seen people were sitting like that on the terrace. That “waitress” came with a very concerned look, and said we must sit at the table for 2 and we can’t have a table for 4. we tried to explain that we might have our parents join us for the meal and there were plenty of free tables anyway. Then she said that if we sit here we will have to pay for 4 people and just didn’t shut up continuing to repeat that in a very aggressive way, we ask what does it mean? Is there any deposit or something, but she definitely tried to “scary us” with this and started to behave as a mad dog, seriously, I haven’t heard anything like that from the stuff in my entire life, in the end she said “bye-bye” and then when I’ve asked for a manager she laughed at my face and said “sure..byyyye-byye, go away, I am a manager!”- as if she is a kid.. Then I went myself to find a manager or owner, he came to her, and she started to speak Italian, I couldn’t understand, and not so loud as she was before and obviously convincing him that we did something wrong and didn’t let us to say even a word not shutting up. I didn’t want to fight anymore and we just left. I’ve never expected that someone going to yell like that at me because of the bloody table, and laugh after that...In good restaurants, stuff must meet people and take them to the right table, not make them change their sits after they didn’t care about clients. I’m not a puppy to jump from one table to another after such...

This restaurant was great! Surprisingly low prices for the touristy area it’s in, and the ravioli with the lemon sauce was one of the best pastas I’ve ever had.

HOWEVER. I came here with my family on a VERY rainy Wednesday to escape the cold. Our clothes were wet and we were freezing. After ordering our drinks, the server came by to bring them to the table and spilled an entire cocktail on my sister. Her already damp shirt, sweater and pants were completely soaked. The servers were really good about it; said they would hang up her clothes and brought her a new drink.

By the end and when we got the bill, they brought the still soaking wet and sticky clothes back and said they would take her drink off the bill.

When the bill came, the one that they took off the menu was the only they spilled all over my sister.

It was an honest mistake, and we had laughed it off. But when we saw that she was still charged for her cocktail, I am very very disappointed. It was a mistake they could have fixed but they did nothing to make it better. Very...

Highly Recommended ! If you’re looking for a restaurant in the heart of Amalfi where you’ll actually be treated like a valued guest, Amalfi Terminal is a rare gem. From the moment we arrived, the staff were friendly, and genuinely helpful even though they were very busy. They answered all our questions about the menu and were fully understanding about dietary intolerances, providing clear guidance without any pressure or confusion.

The pizza and pasta were simply delicious. Fresh, perfectly cooked and full of flavour. Drinks were served promptly in generous portions, without any hint of the “tourist trap” tricks that plague some piazza Duomo restaurants nearby.

What really stood out was the sense of calm professionalism and genuine hospitality. No aggressive upselling, no hidden charges, just good food, good service, and a true enjoyment of the Amalfi coast. We left feeling satisfied, respected, and genuinely impressed.

During my recent trip to Amalfi, I had the chance to visit the Amalfi Terminal Restaurant, and I have to say, it was a lovely experience. We took the ferry from Positano, which was a scenic ride and set a great vibe for the day. Once we arrived at the terminal, we decided to grab some food before exploring. The pizza was really impressive—crispy, flavorful, and just the right amount of cheese. Honestly, it might have been some of the best pizza I've had in a while. We also ordered a bottle of local wine to share, which complemented our meal perfectly. Sipping it while enjoying the beautiful view of the coast was just the cherry on top. The restaurant has a lovely setting with a nice view of the water, making it the perfect spot to relax after a day of sightseeing. Overall, if you find yourself in Amalfi, I’d definitely recommend stopping by the terminal for some good pizza and a nice glass of wine. It’s a great way to soak in the atmosphere

We were coming from Positano on a scooter ride and it started raining. Not 100% but 30-40% but if you are driving, it is still good rain to drench you. We were drenched and reached Amalfi city. Parked our scooter at the port side, and the first restaurant we saw was this. We needed coffee. It was evening time and sitting here, sipping caffe latte having a view of Amalfi port and Mediterranean sea was great. It was a soothing time. So wanna go there again. Though we were not hungry who wanna skip the fresh pizza taste when you get the chance. We also ordered one potato fry (Crocchetta di patate) and simple tomato-based pizza ( Marinara). CafĂŠ latte price ( 4 euro) was way expensive considering we only paid 7 euros for pizza. We also used loo which was dirty. Seems anyone can come and use the loo.
