Atmosphere Lounge Bar & Restaurant — Restaurant in Anacapri

„Atmosphere” great name, but horrible atmosphere and attitude from the waiters, which first advertise a set menu including choice of main course, drink and dessert for €20 and then once you get to the dessert don’t want to serve an icecream, which was included and written on their menu with the almond cake. They start saying that this set menu was only including a choice of either a scoop of icecream, a piece of cake or fruit salad (melon), otherwise you will have to pay the full price A LA CARTE. Truly disappointing lunch. We ordered their steak (asked for medium) and fried calamari. Both of them were severely undercooked. The steak was basically raw and the calamari was just chewy and disgusting. It was coated poorly and overall you could tell they were rushing to get these plates out. I felt sick the next day and I blame it on this. The place was busy, so we expected the service to be slow but to get this unappetizing food after the long wait was just insulting. We didn't have the time to wait for somebody to come by our table to complain so we just paid at the bar and left. It was overpriced, poorly prepared and for me sickening. To be completely honest, the restaurant was good and the food was delicious. However, the waiter who served us was extremely rude. He was the worst waiter I have ever encountered. At first, he was welcoming, but when we ordered only one dish for the two of us, he became angry. He snatched the menu from us and yelled, "Maybe next time!" without explaining anything. I was surprised and confused, as I didn't know that each person had to order a dish. If the waiter had explained this to us from the beginning, I would have ordered something else.
