Arnold’s American Diner — Restaurant in Bari

What an amazing experience, we were traveling by ferry for some 10 hours and found this place on google maps, and it turned the best place to be visited, we had breakfast, everything we ordered was amazing, but two things stood out, my little son for some reason changed his mind and didn't want the pink donut and we ordered another chocolate one, the guys thats was serving us, said perhaps it was too hot, i said ti was fine, he gently asked me two time more just to take the donut since we didn't eat it(meaning it doesn't need to be billed), what an rear experience, and second one was when we went to pay the bill it was 43 euro, he said we will round it up to 40, the place looked like a franchise and couldn't understand it, i accept it, yet tipped him.

Amazing spot. Really stands out on the street. Very close to the main train station and a bus stop.

The entire place looks amazing. Everything is bright, filled with neons and typical American dream culture references. Exactly as ridiculous as you'd want it. We loved it.

Service was outstanding as well. Both guys were super nice, helpful and open (AND quite handsome too). They were both dressed in fitting clothes and seemed genuinely happy to serve us. 10/10

Food was very good, we ordered Maxi Milkshakes and they were delicious, huge and colorful all around. The only reason I dropped a star is the donut I got with my milkshake. It was old, stale and hard as a brick. I have to be honest here. But apart from that nothing to report

Overall a 9/10 experience....

The stuff member are very rude and dont even know their own offers, I ordered 3 starters wich was offered as ( 12 € for 3 starters ). I order them at the bar and the waitress charged me full price ( 15 € ). The funniest part of all is that when I claimed the mistake and diference of money she says that I only told her the plates that I wanted, no that I wanted the offer. I assume that is obvious to apply the offer that you promote for 3 starters rather than charge full price separated. I believe. Anyway end up not getting any money back as she persist that it was my fault for not mentioning that I wanted the offer price. This is way too funny. Rather than that i even didnt try their food just. But just for that no...
