Extremely Disappointing Experience

During our recent visit to this beautiful city, we decided to stop by this establishment, only to be met with one of the worst customer service experiences we’ve ever encountered. Despite the natural draw of the location and the constant crowd, the staff were astonishingly rude and inattentive. The waiters showed a complete lack of professionalism, even going as far as shouting at customers.

One of particularly problematic waiters claimed he had been working there for three years without any issues, but it was clear from his attitude that he has little regard for how customers feel. A quick look at online reviews reveals that this is far from an isolated incident, and that the establishment has an ongoing pattern of poor service.

We raised our concerns with the manager, who, although she listened, seemed uninterested in resolving the issues. It was clear that the staff and management feel they can disregard customer service because of the steady stream of tourists.

This behavior is unacceptable, especially for a business located in such a prime, touristic area. As representatives of the city, they have a responsibility to uphold a welcoming atmosphere, yet they are severely diminishing the reputation of the location. I sincerely hope the local authorities take notice, as such establishments tarnish the image of an otherwise wonderful...

Se potessi non metterei neanche una stella! il servizio propio uno schifo, quegli dello staff sono molto dei maleducati, non sanno trattare i clienti! Pensano che siano loro a farci un favore per attenderci quando veramente è l'opposto. È veramente un peccato perché il posto si trova nella piazza. The people are adsolutely rude! I wouldn't give even one star! They don't know how to treat a customer at all, they don't greet, they take ages to serve you and the manager was rude to me when I asked when he was going to serve us. I went into ask after 10 minutes of no service, only to be told "well you might have to wait 20 then!" Disgusting service. No le daría ni siquiera una estrella, un pésimo servicio al cliente, el manager un malcriado, cuando entre para preguntarle cuando nos servían y que estábamos esperando por 10 minutos me respondió pues ahora espera por 20 ! el mesero salió a discutir conmigo llamándome mentirosa! Creo que está gente no ha entendido que no son ellos hacernos un favor sino todo...
