Il Caffè Eden è una piccola caffetteria-bistrot situata al piano terra dell'Hotel "I Portici" in Via Indipendenza a Bologna. Abbiamo avuto il piacere di usufruire del servizio caffetteria per due giorni, e l'esperienza è stata sempre all'altezza delle nostre aspettative.

La location è molto elegante e riservata, perfetta per una colazione tranquilla e rilassante, con un'atmosfera che invita a iniziare la giornata nel modo migliore.

Dal menù della caffetteria si può scegliere tra una vasta varietà di brioche, sia dolci che salate. Noi abbiamo optato per una colazione classica dolce, ma il Caffè Eden offre anche opzioni salate e la possibilità di fare un brunch, ideale per una pausa più sostanziosa e completa. Il primo giorno abbiamo scelto una brioche al pistacchio, una alla nocciola, una girella con crema e uvetta, accompagnati da uno yogurt alla frutta. Per le bevande, abbiamo ordinato due caffè e un cappuccino. Il secondo giorno abbiamo scelto una brioche alla nocciola, una alla crema e una al mascarpone e fragole. Per le bevande, abbiamo ordinato un cappuccino, un caffè e un tè caldo Nulla da dire, semplicemente perfette: l'impasto delle brioche e della girella era impeccabile, ben cotto e senza traccia di bruciature. Le creme erano deliziose, con la giusta quantità di farcitura, rendendo ogni morso goloso ma leggero. Anche lo yogurt alla frutta è stato una piacevole sorpresa, fresco e cremoso, arricchito da pezzi di frutta che lo rendevano ancora più gustoso e bilanciato. Perfetti anche i caffè, cappuccino e il tè caldo Il servizio è stato impeccabile, con il personale sempre gentile e cordiale, attento a ogni nostra esigenza e pronto a rispondere con un sorriso a qualsiasi richiesta.
