Had a great experience here. I wanted to grab a sandwich for dinner before getting onto the train to Milan, and it ended up being one (well, two...) of the best sandwiches I ever had. I took the Via Stalingrado (€6), and I was so happy with it that I took another sandwich (with Mortadella, squacquerone, pistachios paste and rucola, €7, not on the menu) to eat in the train. The meat is freshly cut and the portions are very decent. The guy making the sandwiches is also very friendly and nice. I can definitely recommend it and will certainly come again upon my next visit to Bologna. Just don't expect a seat, it's quite small inside, but there is a small park around the corner.

This hidden spot, slightly away from the main tourist walkway and attractions, located only about 10 mins walk from train station has absolutely the best panini in Bologna ! It’s absolutely worth visiting as panini are one of the best ! Bread is fresh and crispy, there are 2 sizes to chose from - medium for €5 and large for €8.50 both options are also available in menu with drink. I was really happy to find vegetarian options as it’s rare to find in this city. Via de Carracci was just delicious! Preparation takes no time and staff is friendly. Not too many places to sit, but you can just take it with you for go.

Questo locale è una tappa obbligata per gli amanti del buon cibo, ha superato di gran lunga le mie aspettative. L'atmosfera che si respira entrando è quella di un luogo accogliente e curato, dove la passione per gli ingredienti di qualità è palpabile. Ma veniamo al dunque, al cuore pulsante di ogni paninoteca che si rispetti: il panino! Oggi la mia scelta è ricaduta sul leggendario "Via Stalingrado". Un nome che evoca storie e battaglie, ma che in questo caso si traduce in un'esplosione di sapori delicati e avvolgenti. L'accoppiata crudo di ottima fattura – si percepiva la freschezza e la dolcezza della carne – con la mozzarella fior di latte, cremosa e lattiginosa al punto giusto, è un classico intramontabile che qui viene elevato all'ennesima potenza. Ma il vero tocco di classe, quell'elemento che fa la differenza sono i pomodori secchi. Non i soliti pomodori secchi gommosi e insipidi, bensì delle vere e proprie gemme concentrate di sapore, capaci di aggiungere una nota agrodolce intensa e piacevolissima al morso. E poi, la freschezza vibrante del basilico, una pennellata di verde che profuma e completa il quadro aromatico con la sua vivacità.

I really really liked the sandwhiches that they make. Went there 2 times and it always was a great treat. They are really good at balancing the flavours making sure you don't have too much of something. Their mortadela sandwhiches were really good and the best ones I tried in Bologna. Staff is really friendly and of the weather is nice get the sandwhich to go and you can chill in the park nearby. Decent prices for the quality that they offer. If I lived in Bologna this place would be the...
