FluArt — Restaurant in Bologna

Bad experience. In the very centre of Bologna, at 12.30 on a Sunday lunch, the most typical french dishes were not available to order. Bad service as the owner was lacking any empathy or grace in approaching clients, nearly rude. Dishes: The food is of average quality, but the presentation is not typical french; it's a review of it. Ordered some wine, we could not even be told what wine we would be drinking, as he came with two glasses without saying a word. Last, but should be the first: I went to the toilet at 12.30 and it was completely dirty, the WC in unbearable conditions, I could not even think of washing my hands, it was disgusting. That is a pity because the interior is cute and could be a nice place to go, differently managed. The 3 stars of atmosphere I gave relate to the interior design...

Tonight our Bologna friends took us out to FluArt, a breath of fresh air in the centre of Bologna. An art gallery, a mobile office, a café and a restaurant. A me dispiace fare recensioni negative, ma quando ce vo, ce vo! A leggere il menù sembra più che buono, ma quando t'arriva l'ordine ti chiedi se questi signori hanno una vaga idea della cucina francese. Ovvio che non abbiamo potuto ordinare tutto, quindi concedo il beneficio del dubbio ai piatti non assaggiati. Di fatto il Croc Madame mai visto così pallido e dell'uovo che dovrebbe esserci sopra non vi era traccia. La raclette, che normalmente viene servita (una fetta almeno di 120/150 gr., con verdure e sottaceti, qui invece si parla di un lume con spessore di formaggio di 2 mm, largo come un pacchetto di sigarette. Servita poi con un pó, pochi, sottolio. La quice Lorraine servita era una fettina veramente ridicola. Il vino, buono. La temperatura nel locale più o meno 17 gradi. La tartatin (spero di aver scritto giusto) una fetta di qualcosa di dolce, molto bassa con sopra fettine di mele non meglio identificate..... Non c'era nessuno a pranzo e adesso capisco il...
