This was one of our stops on the food walking tour we did and really was one of the highlights of our complete 9-day trip. So much so is that I bought a shirt and I'm pretty sure that started the other folks on our crew to buy one as well. 😂🤌 The tortellinos soup and Bolognese are delicious. Anyone leaving this guy a bad review, needs to understand how Italy works. We were there with a 12-person group that had pre-booked and we saw many locals coming in to place their pasta orders. Read moreBEST FRESH PASTA I have ever had in my life! Lucky enough to visit this place as part of a food tour and the two tastings I had here honestly have set the bar for how good pasta can taste. The tortellini’s (tried the vegetarian one with mozzarella in broth as well as the pork filling) are incredible! The tomato sauce in the tagliatelle though… OHMYGOD! The owner makes and sells his tomato sauce so we nabbed a bottle.
Our tour good told us the chef/ owner used to work in a very famous hotel but re-evaluated post covid and we are the beneficiaries as get to know taste his incredible fresh pasta.
