We were greeted by a lovely lady who then showed us to our seat and we asked for a seat by the edge so we could see the sunset. We had some drinks before we ordered and then our waiter took us through the menu. The waiter took the time to explain and recommend and wow the choices were incredible. Every dish was unique and made excellent choices with the help of our waiter. The staff are very attentive but not too much. The sunset was beautiful and we had the most incredible night. This is an absolute must, the staff are fantastic and the food off the scale. Thank you to the staff who gave us an unforgettable evening.

L'atmosfera romantica e suggestiva, con la vista mozzafiato sul porto di Cagliari, ha creato il contesto perfetto per una serata speciale. Tuttavia, è stata la cucina che ha davvero rubato la scena. Lo chef STEFANO ha dimostrato un talento straordinario, trasformando i piatti in autentiche opere d'arte gastronomiche. È stato un vero piacere conoscere la sua cucina ma ancor di più conoscere lui, persona gentile e professionale. E non è finita qui. Il servizio impeccabile ha aggiunto un ulteriore livello di soddisfazione. Siamo stati seguiti per l’intera cena da STEFANO, che si è dimostrato attento, gentile e sempre disponibile a soddisfare ogni nostra esigenza e a rendere la nostra serata davvero perfetta. La sua professionalità e il suo modo impeccabile di descrivere ogni pietanza, hanno contribuito in modo significativo a rendere la serata ancora più memorabile. In conclusione, non possiamo fare altro che raccomandare caldamente il ristorante CIELO a chiunque cerchi un'esperienza culinaria straordinaria arricchita da un ambiente romantico e da un servizio ottimo. Sicuramente torneremo per gustare ancora una volta le prelibatezze dello chef e goderci l'atmosfera magica di questo luogo.

Atmosfera 5 Il locale, al roof del palazzo tirso, è stato ristrutturato in maniera molto bella e lussuosa. Il plus è certamente la visuale: stupenda sul golfo di cagliari. La terrazza è molto bella e curata. Il ristorante, in una sorta di pergolato, è su tre lati circondato da ampie vetrate che garantiscono un panorama stupendo. Il servizio è attento. Cibo ristorante 3 / Cocktails 5 La nota dolente per quanto riguarda la mia esperienza. Aimhè, il cibo proposto non è ne all'altezza della bellezza del ristorante, nè del servizio, nè dei prezzi. Sapori mal accostati rovinano materie prime potenzialmente valide. Potrebbe essere stata una particolare giornata sfortunata. I cocktails sono, invece, eccezionali, tra i migliori mai assaggiati e sicuramente i migliori tra quelli bevuti a cagliari. Le tapas, che non abbiamo assaggiato, sembravano invece molto valide. Prezzo 3 Il prezzo è sufficiente considerando la location esclusiva e la qualità delle materie prime che si percepisce. Aimhè, l'esperienza relativa al cibo rende il prezzo completamente sproporzionato. Consigliato per... aperitivo in location esclusiva. Non mi sento di consigliare il ristorante per una cena, se non per il panorama che, però, può essere vissuto con un buon cocktail.

Terrazza Cielo on the rooftop of Palazzo Tirso is easily one of the best spots in Cagliari for sunsets. The view is incredible — overlooking the Via Roma promenade, the marina, and the hilltop old town with the Castello in the background. Truly postcard-perfect and super Instagrammable. I’ve been several times for aperitivos, and each time it’s been a great experience. The cocktail menu is solid, with some creative options, and the snacks are well-curated and nicely presented. I haven’t tried the full dining menu yet, but I definitely plan to — the setting alone makes it worth it. Unfortunately, this was not a pleasant experience. The food was well below our average and with only about 10 minutes between each course. Drinks took an average of 20 minutes to arrive, and the water was served pre-opened. Despite having plenty of staff, they didn't clear the tables; we had to ask twice to have our plates removed. Every other restaurant we visited in Sardinia was better in every way. Here, you're only paying for the view! I’m giving it 2 stars because the dessert...
