I even set a timer, and from the moment I sat down until the coffee reached my hands, it took over 38 minutes — about 20 minutes to take the order and another 18 minutes for the coffee to arrive. (You can see the screenshot of the timer.) Making a coffee should take seconds, not half an hour. To be fair, the waiter was left completely alone, so it was impossible for him to keep up; another staff member only showed up much later.
The water glasses also weren’t very clean, with visible white marks, which was disappointing.

We ordered a café (espresso) €1.50, Marocchino €2, and a collazione pistacchio (croissant) €2.50.

The waitress was extreme rude, she came to us not even saying hello, looking annoyed and when I ordered my Foccacia she moaned out load 😨 which got me startled. She then asked me for a number which I didn’t understand (also because I was very confused by her rude tone) and almost yelled at me 2 or 3 times more “number” without any further explanation wich didn’t help of course to answer.
