Lets start they said this was napolitan food I am napolitan and this is not napolitan cuisine. Le crochette freezed from the supermarket and also the lasagna. Carbonara was made with cream instad of eggs and pecorino, bacon instead of Guanciale and the waiter the one with big nose was rude took long time to take order when the place was half Empty and their desserts aren’t handmade they are also from supermarket. So my recommendation don’t come here because the place is also expensive and smells really bad. They also replied me back, The lasagna was frozen 100% the ingredients werent fresh they were frozen. Mi carbonara I eat it for respect beacuse after giving you back the frozen crochette (is a shame that you a the courage to offer this and more for you being neapolitan) I thought it could be good to make the effort and I think taking the crochette out of the bill was the less you could do. I know you offered us coffee and other things to try to convince us and that is gently but after what we saw we honestly we didnt wanted to take the risk. In the zone there are better restaurants and dont worry because we wont come back again so you can still serve the frozen lasagna and crochette I am just letting other people know how their experience will be if they go to...

After being harassed in the city square by one of their promoters, we were convinced to make the biggest mistake of our holiday.

We were a table of 7 looking to have lunch together on new year's Day and whilst I appreciate that it is a busy day, I would have never expected the unacceptable behaviour and service provided. We were told to go 30 minutes earlier than we wanted to so as to "miss the rush" of the lunch hour and get served well, we accommodated their request but they did not keep up their end of the deal.

Very slow and unprofessional service, none of our dishes were served at the same time and the majority of us ended up eating alone because of this. The fish was served a whole hour before the meat, a pasta dish was forgotten and we never even managed to get the sides because we had given up by then.

The "management" were completely incapable of handling a complaint and were unable to answer our questions as to why we were treated that way. Very arrogant and rude as apparently it was our fault for choosing to go on a holiday and we should have expected a wait, simply not...

We were walking around and looking for a place that serves pasta. The review of this place is great, the staff were friendly and offered us free Limoncello for digestif when we’re perusing their menu, so we decided to go here. We ordered a bottle of Nero d’avola (red) and I ordered Spaghetti alla Carbonara—thinking “While you’re in italy, why not?”. After all these years traveling around as a foodie that ate many type and style of pasta, I never thought they could messed it up this bad and still had the nerve to serve people with it. They scrambled the egg yolk and yes, I was eating a breakfast food (scrambled egg and pancetta) and a pasta. I’d rather have them cook it with cream instead of forcing this as cooking alla Carbonara with egg yolks is a skill. I just hope this was just one time mistake, and the manager of this place should have a good quality control before presenting this for people with full price. At the end of the meal, they didn’t give us...

We came here based on the good reviews, unfortunately it was not a 4.3 restaurant in our experience. We asked for fish mix plate for appetizer (I added a photo, it looked ok), we left the shrimps because they smelled and tasted bad - still, we did not complain. Then we chose two pasta dishes (added photos, also looked ok), sea food was clearly expired, it was obviously not edible. Also the pasta itself and the sauce weren’t fresh at all. The staff was friendly, although they did not know how to handle the situation, the chef tried to convince us that it was not expired (?!), he brought some of the freshest shrimps that they had in the kitchen to show it to us, do not do this, I care about what was served to me. For the sake of completeness they did not ask us to pay for the pasta. We will not return, but it would be a great place if they raised their qualities.

I came here for dinner based on the reviews and they definitely don’t lie! Everything was phenomenal, from the impeccable service to the food. I had the pasta with sea urchin. It wasn’t bad but I could definitely tell it was fresh (I could taste the sea water!). The pasta was handmade and fresh, so expect a little wait but it’s worth it! I also had the breaded sardines which were amazing! The waiter recommended adding some black balsamic vinegar to add some extra flavor. I also got a complimentary piece of tomato bruschetta and if I had more room in my stomach, I would’ve ordered a plate lol. Very Italian and very homey. Waiters speak English. The prices were pretty good too - I think due partly to its hidden location but the food and service compensated for that part. Highly recommend!
