We had the pleasure of dining at this truly exceptional restaurant during a family dinner with my parents, my husband, and our 7-year-old son, and we were genuinely impressed by the entire experience. The cuisine, inspired by traditional Sicilian flavors, was of outstanding quality. It is clear that the Chef is not only highly talented but also has a remarkable eye for detail. Every dish was thoughtfully crafted and beautifully presented. A particular highlight from the menu was the black egg—a truly extraordinary creation that we highly recommend trying. The entire staff was consistently kind, attentive, and eager to assist, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere throughout our visit. The sommelier selected a wonderful wine that perfectly complemented our meal, enhancing the overall experience. We also suggest visiting the cocktail bar located on the upper level of the building. The drinks were exceptional and the ambiance added an extra special touch to the evening. As frequent travelers, we have had the opportunity to dine in many wonderful places, but this restaurant left a lasting impression. Without a doubt, we would gladly return. If you ever find yourself in Catania, this place is an absolute must-visit for anyone wishing to immerse themselves in the elevated and authentic experience of Sicilian cuisine. If it were possible, we would gladly give this place more than five stars. Thank you and really great job!!!!

If i could give more than 5 stars I would. We had drinks in the lovely air conditioned lounge bar first. I had a fabulous cocktail from a beautiful tactile menu. The dining room was superb, lovely atmosphere with a contemporary non-stuffy setting. The service was simply wonderful from a team who were happy, knowledgeable and clearly passionate. The sommelier was excellent! We had the tasting menu with paired wine. We were asked if we preferred a full sicilian pairing ot international. We chose full sicilian and it didn't disappoint. We have been lucky enough to have visited some magnificent restaurants, none of which have had such a good wine pairing as we experienced here. The wine did exactly what it should and changed the way we experienced the food. The food was simply amazing. Fresh, beautiful, elegant. The chef also allowed us to alter one of the courses, simply because we had a hankering for steak and couldnt chose between the tasting or al-la-carte. Such flexibility is so rare and it made the experience all the better. Thank you so much to the chefs, team and sommelier.

Had the pleasure to dine in this place on Christmas Day and we really enjoyed the experience! We (group of 7) decided to order variety of starters and two meat dishes to share amongst ourselves. And we were glad because everything we ordered were delicious and had its own unique flavour. The gnocchi with truffles was a hit! The risotto paired with citrus sauce came out really good as well! But the real star of the show was the T-bone steaks we ordered for the table. We ordered two t-bones: one from Scotland and one from local Sicily. And they were great! Although they taste very similar, I couldn’t say anything negative. To pair with the meats, we ordered two bottles of wine: one from Sicily and one from the local etna region. To be honest, I still prefer French wines but that is just my own taste. (Also learned during dinner that Sicily produces almost same amount of wines as Bordeaux!) Overall, it was a great experience. The service was tentative and atmosphere was intimate. Great place to celebrate your special occasions!

I visited this place a few nights ago and, unfortunately, the experience was terrible. From the moment we walked in, we were met with an off-putting energy. The hostess’s negative tone and forced smile immediately made us feel unwelcome. We ordered two Aperol Spritz, which never arrived—no explanation, no apology.

For starters, we shared a vitello tonnato and a tartare. The tonnato was ok, but the tartare was ruined by the unexpected presence of bell peppers — an ingredient not listed on the menu and not mentioned by the waitress. A serious oversight, especially for those with intolerances or, like me, who simply don’t enjoy them. The selection of dry-aged meats looked promising. However, we ordered the entrecôte rare and received it well-done and unsalted.

The service was the true low point. The waitress with straight dark hair was rude, visibly annoyed, and clearly eager to close. There was no attention to customers and a general lack of professionalism.

The only redeeming feature was the wine, which we drank mostly to forget the rest. We won’t be returning, and we do not recommend this place. There are many other spots where you eat better, spend a proper amount of money and feel far...
