I loved how the owner walked the customers through their choices and that I could try Fiordilatte and Professor's Coffee first to see if the two would complement each other. I loved that combination. I was also told how the gelato is made and have since googled how to make my own Fiordilatte. I might go back to Como for more once I finished my hike across Switzerland - that one ends in Chiasso.
